My experience with Action Technology was very poor I believe due to the total lack of follow up from one of their representatives Steve Barry. I contacted Action Technology in early December 2018 to evaluate our property/building to install a video security system. Steve Barry came out on December 12 to evaluate the building for a video security system.
He explained how they could install a multiple camera system. We agreed that he would get back to me in a week with a proposal. I never heard back from Steve or anyone else from Action Technology. I called the last week of December and was told Steve was out for that week, so I left a detailed voice mail message for Steve. By the end of the first week of January I still had heard nothing so I called again, was once again told Steve was out of the office so I left another voice mail message.
I did not hear back from anyone at Action Technology so I called them. This time I spoke to Steve and he apologized for his lack of follow up. He told me he would have a proposal to me the next day. To date I have never heard back from Steve Barry or anyone else at Action Technology. My suggestion is don't waste your time attempting to do business with this company.
