We had recently bought the business (Shears Ahead) from the previous owner, and we needed to get our Fire extinguishers certified. Aaron Smith called us during the 'Shut down caused by COVID-19, and offered to meet us at the business ANYTIME to take care of our needs. He was very cordial, and professional, and understood the financial hit we hat taken due to the shutdown, and made special arrangements with us, so we could get the work done, and be in compliance with the Oregon's requirements, which we were very happy about.
He corresponded with us for quite some time, and was so professional, kind and patient with our needs at that time. He went way out of his way to do things NOBODY else would ever be wiling to do. I can't say enough about this representative of his company FIRST RESPONSE SECURITY. We will always be a loyal customer, and would never use anybody else at this point.
He was informative, and knew the business very well, after having spent 19 years at that company alone. Our company hired First Response for a hands-on fire extinguisher training for our 40 corporate employees. They brought flames & extinguishers, very cool (and informative). I recommend this to anyone who may have the need to use a fire extinguisher (so everyone!) because you don't know what it is like until you try it. We were thrilled to have them train us and we will have a better employee response in time of emergency because of the training. THANKS! Planning on this to be an annual training event.

We contacted First Response and spoke with Aaron after a fire department inspection of our property. We needed to replace all of our fire extinguishers and boxes. Within an hour, we had an email with the quote and were able to get it approved for delivery the following week! I could feel Aaron's desire to help via the email just in the way he kept me updated and seemed so upbeat and happy to ensure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. I have worked with Chip before during yearly extinguisher charges and he is just as friendly and helpful. Thank you!
