JJJ is an excellent Fire Alarm Service company. The people at JJJ have the utmost integrity and knowledge base of there respective craft. I will always trust JJJ to service any and all fire alarm issues.

Very unprofessional! This company had a technician out at our location just to bend down to look at the annunciator and poke it. We had another company take a look at the system since these people are so unprofessional. They found that they were using the wrong cable and some were cut. An alarm wasn't even connected, the technician said that the cables to the power supply were connected to a resistor but not the alarm itself. I don't know how this company is still working but they are not professional!

Where do I begin? I called them for service to my office building and was transferred directly to the service technician. He agreed I had an issue that required him to come and check the equipment, so he scheduled a time with me to come and troubleshoot the fire alarm system. When he arrived I showed him a beeping panel and he said that he needed to check the sensors.an hour later, he came up to me and said he replaced some of the sensor heads, gave me the old ones, and the problem was solved. I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism he gave. I was shocked by the reviews and I am adding my own.

I called the main office and they directed me to call the cell phone of Juan (a worker) who quoted me $90/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Although I thought this was a very high price, it compared to 3 other companies I called. Juan arrived within 2-hours and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very nice guy! When I received the bill, it was for $115/hour.

I called the office and let them know of the discrepancy and the gentlemen stated that they are $95/hour not $90. I then asked why I was getting billed for $115/hour and he stated that was their rate. I reminded him that 5 seconds earlier he said it was $95/hour. I told him that I would pay the $95/hour, but that's it. He then stated he had to check with his manager to make sure that was OK. Be careful with these guys and get EVERYTHING in writing. Juan did a good job, but the office needs to brush up on the customer service skills.

This is the worst company EVER. The are unprofessional, rude and the worst in customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have never delt with a company who places blame on their clients for something they know they did wrong. The office staff is a joke. They dont know what they are talking about and they dont communicate with eachother. I actually had someone from their company call me asking for someone else in their company?!? DO NOT HIRE THEM.

They will just expect you to know how things work and blame you when you dont. There are a million other companies who are WAY better and dont make you loose money and time dealing with their pathetic, useless staff.

I have dealt with these people twice now. first time, they came to my office to fix a short in the fire system that they installed and maintain. they had to get up in the ceiling to change a fuse or something and left dirt and dust all over our freshly waxed floors. they accidentaly blew the fuse to our air conditioner and would send someone out to fix it for several days until i threatened to sue them for our lost business.

I called them today because an alarm was going off in the room that hold all the fire alarm equipment. i called to let them know. after being transferred to several people they told me to IGNORE THE FIRE ALARM. it should reset itself in a few hours. terrible customer service, very inconsiderate
