He is a real gem. This is the second time he has come out to help me. He is bright, efficient, and stuck with the issues until everything was resolved. I hope you keep him around as long as he wants.

Excellent company from top to bottom. We were especially impressed with the Rapid Response and the scope of services offered.

They never showed up for our appointment. No one has called to explain or reschedule. I used their services years ago and was always very satisfied with them. Not sure what happened because nobody bothered to contact me. Guess I'll call their competitors.

Worst company ever! If I could give ZERO stars I would! We have been customers for 20 years and had to deactivate our system due to not needing it. Little did we know it clearly was never deactivated. Called on a weekend because the alarm was going off and no code, taking out the battery, undoing wires was working. Chad answered the phone and demanded cash only for any help laughed at my elderly mother who was trying to fix it panicked and crying.

I called them being hours away from be able to bring cash pleading for help and he laughed at me and said well your not a customer anymore we can't help you without cash! I offered my debit card or credit card to which he laughed again and started yelling at me what do you want me to do?! What do you want me to do? Over and over again! My mother is crying I'm panicked and still alarm is going off and Rancho Santa Fe Alarm is to blame and they are just laughing at us.

He said looks like you're going to have to call Monday.thank you so much chad and Rancho Santa Fe Security you win for the worst customer service EVER I will go to every length possible to make sure everyone knows about this.

Right from the beginning RSF Security Systems contacted me and met with me to discuss what we desired for our upgrade for our alarm and response system. They were on time and took their time to insure we understood all the aspect the utilization onsite and remote access. I would definitely recommend Rancho Santa Fe Security Systems.

Good service tech (Ron) who hooked up the existing system that came with the house. He explained everything carefully and professionally, and left us feeling confident that we are in good hands for all our security needs.

This is a great local business! We've been customers for 20 years and have used them as we moved from home to home. They took over monitoring a system left by previous owner, totally figured it out and updated it. Just put a leak detection system in and decided it was a good idea for RSF Security to monitor it so that if there was a flood, they would be notified.

Between Jonathon in the office, and Ron in the field they got the system (so complicated!) up and running. There isn't a more patient, dependable and all around nice guy than Ron. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a security company. They're hands down the best in town.

Amazing service, Johnathan went way out of his way to get me scheduled last minute and Ron was knowledgeable & helpful and got the job done no matter what obstacles were in the way. Great team, great service, and I plan to refer them to all of my neighbors!

Called Rancho Santa Fe to hook up an alarm system at our house. They were friendly and setting up the appointment was fast and easy. Technician showed up on time the morning of our appointment. He was courteous, professional and hardworking. The whole process took maybe an hour and when he was finished, he took the time to explain how to work the system. I found out about Rancho Santa Fe security systems via Facebook post that I made inquiring who likes their security system. So I reached out to Rancho Santa Fe to have somebody come over and give me a quote. two weeks later, yes two weeks later, a Salesman finally responded, and he came out: he was not friendly -he was not warm -he was not inviting -it was a very unpleasant experience!

I told him I was very eager to get a security system as soon as possible! I said, when would you get back to me? he said, within 48 hours! I said, well it took you two weeks to get in touch with me to begin with? He said, don't worry 48 hours or less I'll get you a quote!- I never ever received a quote back from him! he never called me back again! unbelievable! how these guys are in business is beyond me

RSF Security came out to upgrade my panel. Nico did an excellent job. Professional, courteous, made sure I understood how to use it and was comfortable with it. He vacuumed up before he left! Awesome!

The responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy of Rancho Santa Fe Security is at a level almost unheard of today. We were a customer years ago at our residence in Del Mar until we sold our home. Here approximately 13 years later, I had a question about an unrelated system at a different home and they bent over backwards to answer my question and provide professional guidance.

At no time was I ever pressured to switch over to them. They simply cared, met with me and addressed my issue. While I was waiting to meet with Dee (who provided me an outstanding level of care) I found myself waiting in a room with three alarm technicians who were conversing about something. When they saw me, they stopped to greet me and make conversation.

The feeling that Dee and others at this company (both in person, at reception and over the phone) was that I was their best customer and I wasn't even yet a customer! I've had experiences over the years with alarm companies, particularly lately with high-pressure sales tactics, the calls and attempts to lock in monitoring contracts. I'm a real estate broker by trade and each time I sell a home, I am bombarded with offers by alarm monitoring companies to be introduced to my clients for new monitoring services.

The fact that I could walk in to Rancho Santa Fe Security and be pleasantly consulted with by multiple members of their team was both refreshing and rare. Huge kudos to Dee and the many folks in the green shirts who appeared eager to interact with a complete stranger. I can now highly recommend Rancho Santa Fe Security based upon how I was treated when a customer and when not a customer, and I've yet to meet any alarm company who cares as greatly as these fine folks. I know who I will be recommending each time I sell a home which needs monitoring or a new installation. Thank you Dee and team!
