Unlimited Security is a locally owned Nashville Business with friendly and courteous staff. Issues and service calls are addressed promptly without having to go through remote monitoring site. This is very refreshing in this day and age. I can highly recommend Unlimited Security.

With the various national Security providers, I looked for a company with a local presence. After reading excellent reviews on Unlimited Security, I contacted them for a proposal. To my surprise, an appointment was made and the company owner shows up at my front door. She walked through our home accessing our needs and made recommendations. I was pleased that Unlimited uses Honeywell equipment, which is a leader in home security systems.

She presented the proposal right there without hard sell tactics and we told her we would give it some thought. Many security companies offer free equipment with a inflated monthly monitoring contract. With Unlimited, you purchased the equipment upfront and then the monthly monitoring is 40% less than the National companies offered. The upfront equipment cost is very reasonable which made it a better financial decision for us.

We contacted Unlimited a few days later and told them we accepted the proposal and within 4 days the technician was installing our equipment. He was very experienced and careful with the installation. He cleaned up after each install, so there was no mess after he finished. The day following the install, the company owner returned and walked us through the system and app, answering all of our questions. A top notch security product and the best service in the industry which provides a tremendous sense of security, Unlimited Security is a one of a kind company.

There's no need to continue to look! Unlimited Security is hands down the best. Great customer service, security systems withe the latest technology and the monitoring service is super attentive. I HIGHLY recommend Linda and her staff (Toni & David).

Just had an alarm system installed and I am very satisfied. The owner came personally to give an estimate and then after the system is installed to make sure everything was installed as you wanted. A very professional company.

Searching for a home security provider is a lot like finding a realtor or mortgage lender, it's important to not only find someone who can meet your needs and budget, but that you are also comfortable with. Instead of a couple questions and a quote over the phone and/or by e-mail, Linda, the owner, personally came out and visually inspected our home to create a custom security solution for us and our budget, seriously who does that?!

A few days later, the installers came and set everything up, and even did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Linda returned towards the end of the install to go over all the paperwork and teach us how to use the system. While not the least expensive, they are not the most expensive either. Unlimited Security is truly a rare company that from the moment you reach out to them, go out of there way to provide the best services possible.

We moved our business into a new location and had a lot of specific security challenges to think through. Linda and her team met with us, and provided a lot of advice and expertise about the best kind of system to address our needs. Then they went to work installing the system and training us in its use. I've used another "national" security company for my home, and so I expected there would be a few typical delays, a few bumps along the way.

But the day of the install went very smoothly and the work was done quickly and professionally. I have only needed to call them a couple of times with questions (something we did that was our fault, nothing they did). The follow-up/ongoing service has been fantastic! I've been impressed at every turn.

My husband and I moved to the area at the end of the summer of last year. After doing some research on security companies, we found this gem and I am so thankful we did! The peace of mind we have is absolutely priceless. Linda is on top of it. We have three dogs and they were terrified of the sounds the alarm made initially as you were turning it off and on- basic every day functions.

We called and asked if there was anything we could do so they would stop freaking out. Sure enough, they were able to program it so that it doesn't make those sounds and operates silently! And I am completely guilty of having accidentally setting the alarm off before. They call IMMEDIATELY. There is no delay. Their response time is so fast! And when that alarm DOES go off- it is SO LOUD.

It would certainly draw attention and scare off potential intruders. I just referred a new Nashville home buyer to them today! We LOVE this company AND they are local! Don't even think about going with one of those big companies where you are just a number! The folks and Unlimited truly care!

We had a system from Unlimited Security in our old house and were very happy with the service. When we moved there was a new system from a major alarm company already in place, so I considered just sticking with the system that was here. I called them and instantly realized what a mistake that would be! They were *much* more expensive and didn't have all the services that US provides.

I called Linda and before I knew it, Chris was here installing a new system at no cost. He listened to us and made great suggestions based on our needs. He worked quickly and carefully and then took his time showing me how everything worked. I've learned my lesson and now I wouldn't consider any other security company.

I loved these folks from the start. They are local. They're responsive. A real person answers a phone when you call. That same person even met my uneducated alarm-needing self at my home/office when I needed to walk through the process slowly. They were great. But then, just a few months after my alarm was installed and surely before it should have happened - I had a problem.

The batteries on my window sensors were going dead. I called. Got to talk to the nice people and (here's where I really became a raving fan) they suggested that they come out and replace all my window batteries for me with free new ones. The installer was great. He worked fast; he didn't interrupt our busy work day; and he offered to show me how to install the batteries in the future.

I took him up on that offer, too. Now, I will no longer feel helpless when the monitoring center calls to let me know a battery may be having trouble. Best experience ever. I will never again trust my home or office security any other company.

Very professional. Linda listened to what we needed, and provided just that. She was not pushy and di not try to sell us something that we did not want or need. The tech. that installed system was very knowlegdible and friendly. He took time to show us everything and answered all of our questions. This was the first time that I had the owner of the company, come to my house to see what we needed and returned on the day of installation to see if there were any problems. I would highly recommend this company for your home security needs. Great job!
