That was fine, because we also knew that they couldn't match our level of customer support and care. It would only be a matter of time until word of mouth would begin to spread and referrals would compound to build our company to what it is today. Now, with thousands of great customer relationships we continue to strive by practicing the same methods that we did back then, but now with one very important added bonus - decades of experience.Our builder clients love that they can make one phone call and we take care of everything, but they aren't the only ones. Our homeowner clients value the fact that they call us, a company that they know and trust, for virtually anything they can dream of to protect and enjoy their homes and businesses. Our business model or "Mission" is not really innovative or new. If anything we try to apply old fashioned, tried and true ideology that has been around for years: Treat your customers right - at any cost. No matter how big we grow, these basics will never change.

Technology gets better, CCTV prices drop! Usually it's the opposite in our industry, but we are not complaining. As technology has advanced at such a rapid rate, our camera and DVR systems have finally become an affordable option. Today we're actually installing more camera systems for homeowners than we are commercial clients.

We love our CSS alarm system! We have set ours off accidentally several times since we moved into our new house and they are always so responsive! It's great to know they are there if we need them! Our siren is so loud there is no way that it will be missed! The installer and everyone we have interacted with on the phone with have been so polite and helpful!

CSS Alarms is a locally owned Nashville company. We signed up for their "cameras for life" program. It gives us peace of mind knowing that CSS will replace cameras and offer upgrades when available. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They are prompt, professional, and honestly go to great lengths to get to their customers individual needs and situations.

The Cameras For Life Program was a perfect solution for our business. The install was done by true professionals. They had them up and recording in one afternoon. 3 days later, a neighboring business had some vandalism, and we were able to help local detectives with the footage from these cameras. Thanks CSS.

I have been a CSS customer for 18 years. Recently, I had them install several cameras on my property. Justin met me at home and went over the process step by step, and was able to show the resolution of the cameras. They are excellent, and I now I have full surveillance of my home and property. The technician did an excellent job with the installation, and showing us how the system works. Everyone in the office that we dealt with over the phone have been responsive and helpful. The CSS Team has been with us every step of the way the past 5 years after we built our home. They installed our Sonos home speakers, our alarm system, and now our home video monitoring set-up.
