DGA has handled the alarm system for the store I manage for several years. Never had a problem. Every time I called, there was a knowledgeable representative. Never had to wait indefinitely on hold. Every time they called me, the representative was informed and concise. The very few times there was a problem with the alarm system, it was fixed right away.

I'm sorry but one star is way too high for this company. They are the security provider in my building in midtown Manhattan. I left my building to go for dinner and returned to find my key access card not working. I tried to call the customer service and was given a complete run around. I was stranded outside my building for almost two hours and attacked by homeless people. Michelle in customer service was extremely rude and non-helpful. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent space in any building where DGA handles the security. They are the absolutely worst.

Stay away from this company, lure you with a lower than average bid and then deliver with some really bad service, explain even less to the consumer, we have been hit with a slew of fines after the service was installed and even before the system was suppose to be placed online! Alarm went off twice in one night by just simply turning on the air conditioning.
They do not work side by side with a small business nor are they there to help you understand, they just want their money and weasel in a long term contract. They may have the lowest bid but trust me in the long run they will end up costing you more. STAY AWAY!
