In the past few years our residential customers have been requesting commercial camera systems for their homes. At first it was a camera at the front door or perhaps one in the playroom. As time went by, the requests became more frequent and included more cameras. As a result of these requests, we have designed a moderately priced system for residential use.

Access Control

We carry and install fully integrated, electronic access control systems ranging from single-door applications to multi-point computer controlled software based systems, any of which can be controlled with proximity cards, key fobs or pin pad codes. We can allow a single user access for one day or until manually deleted.

Monitoring

Whether we receive a burglar alarm signal, fire alarm signal or a trouble signal such as carbon monoxide, our central station operators handle that signal from right here in Indianapolis, not at some out-of-state call center. These large multi-state call centers have hundreds of employees and receive calls from dozens of states across the country.

I have had my old alarm with Nelson Alarm for approximately 21 years. I started having some false alarms being sent in lately, and thought maybe, just maybe, after 21 years, it needed some service. And it did. Actually many of the parts had gone to rest and could not be purchased any longer. So, It was time for an upgrade. And what an upgrade it turned out to be.

I want to thank Tasha, who pays attention to the customer and the needs and is very informative as to how this was happening at the same time (about) every day. My sales person, Bob Lewis, who understood what I needed, and did not even try to oversell me. and especially our technicians, Rex, and Gus, and Finally their installer Josh. Josh made sure that all devices were operating nicely and I could get any info on the APP that is now letting me talk to the alarm.

His training was easily understood and very complete. Would I mention them to anyone? O yes, they are the best. If you go to them based on this review please let them know that Ray V sent you. You will see what I mean. They are priced well, and act quickly if there is a problem! Thanks for listening! Hopefully we'll have a sunny day soon.
