I could not wait to write a review on the staff at CFS! Where do I start!? Ok, so Eric and Jimbo (owner) came to my rescue! I was really needing services and answers that I was not getting before. My previous experience consisted of multiple inspections, multiple invoices, and poor communication. Eric educated me on the things that needed to be done and the reason for doing them.
He was also able to give me a "ball-park" estimate before services were rendered. Whereas, in the past, I had very minor services performed and then I received an questionable invoice after the fact. I was also unaware that different departments handle different tasks. Hence, the multiple invoices from other companies. Eric gave me his word and kept it.
I love CFS and staff because they communicate with you and they explain to you what needs to be done, and then they let you make a decision on if you want to proceed with the services. I recommend CFS to anyone! Everyone is friendly and the work is very neat. They make things very simple for new business owners such as myself., and I am a witness that this company is not just out for a "dollar".
