Crane Alarm Service has customers with locations ranging from Glenn's Ferry in the south all the way up to McCall in the north. We provide security, fire, access control and surveillance camera systems for seven school districts, two universities, one college, and hundreds of businesses and residential clients.

In 2007 Crane Alarm Service was honored to be selected as the alarm company to install the security system in the home of Ryan and Karia Stockdale. The Stockdale's are a local family who were chosen to be the recipients of a much needed home rebuild for the TV show Extreme Home Makeover. In 2008 Crane Alarm Service was selected to provide security for the 2009 Winter Special Olympics.

Although Ron and Cheryl Crane still own the business and are actively involved in the operation of the company, their oldest son, Brent Crane, is the Vice-President and oversees the day-to-day operations. Very sad and disappointing that the owner of this business is actively attempting to make birth control not only inaccessible, but illegal in Idaho. Customers should be aware of this so they can make an informed decision about where their money is going and who they are ultimately supporting. I'm sure there are other options for security companies here in Idaho, so if you care about reproductive rights, take your business elsewhere.

We called a couple of companies to have security cameras installed and one of the companies stated they were too busy to come give us a quote and told us to buy the cameras at Costco and install ourselves, so a little frustrated because that company was also a friends business, so I contacted Crane and Jarone replied quickly with a quote. We promptly schedule the install and Conor and Luke came out and got it done in a day.

They provided exceptional customer service, they were friendly and knowledgeable as well as taking time to explain the system to me. They also cleaned up after drilling inside, Dish didn't even do that for us! They were even patient with our dogs and horrendous amount of flies outside. The guys came back today and adjusted the cameras and had a great attitude about doing it. We defiantly will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Crane for having a great team to work with.

Every aspect of having our access control system install was wonderful! Luke spent three days installing the system and was pleasant and efficient. He displayed an excellent work ethic.
