We have had Secure Pacific contracted for our site for a little over the year. The first half we had a horrible account manager, poor knowledge, bad people skills and inconsistent responses. The last half we have had a change in support. Secure Pacific's new account manage Misty Borgen is a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable, helpful, she always has a great attitude, and is always on point with the security of the site. I would definitely recommend Secure Pacific for your site security.

Secure Pacific has been above and beyond the best security company I've ever used. The system is accurate which eliminates false alarms and there response to detection's are immediate. My account manager Misty Borgen is always available and her knowledge of the system is excellent. I would recommend using Secure Pacific on all projects, A++++.

We have been with secure pacific for over 5 years and in that short period of time we have had 3 break ins at our business and 3 arrests and convictions. Their service is fantastic and the call center people are always on top of any situation that may arise. Knowing that my business is fully protected at night allows me to sleep worry free. I highly recommend and the cost is very affordable even for a small businesses such as myself. Friendly, reliable from top to bottom company.

They used to be a great company, but management and personal have changed and they are no longer a great company or provide a good service. I am having an issue with my system and spoke with someone by the name of Erin Flemming. Horrible customer service and useless on providing help or information on how to correct the problem. The best she could offer was to give my name and number to her supervisor.
It has been 5 days and I still have not received a call back. I placed a call today to another security company and my service will be replaced by the end of the week. I do not recommend this company and would highly advise anyone to get a quote from a different company.

Absolutely Horrible. They charge your accounts for the wrong amount, They continue to charge 3 and 4 times a month, and then act dumb when you bring it to their attention! It hasn't once itshappened serveral times, and its unacceptable! We are a small business and can't afford all the overdraft fees they are making us have! They are slow as pond water on trying to rectify the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any company thus far. Asked them to come to fix a HD cord problem with my security cameras, however, they ended up fixing something that didn't need to be fixed. About half an hour after the technicians left, I checked the cameras and the problem was still there. Therefore, I ended up calling the company to talk about this issue, but, the person I talked to had such a bad attitude, started yelling at the top of his lungs saying, they came out therefore the money has to be paid no matter what.
He will not send someone out there for free again. I cannot believe there is a company that doesn't work to fix a problem that only works for profit. Horrible customer service, horrible people, just TERRIBLE. DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY! All I wanted was the problem to be fixed, but not only was the problem not fixed, they forced a $300 charge on me. Which company is rude to their customers and charge the people when the initial, main, problem is not fixed?

Mary Ross from Verisafe by Secure Pacific came to give me a bid for home protection system for both my home and my shop. Mary walked through my property and specifically dealt with my concern for tripping false alarms. We have a lot of traffic through my home and shop and I was concerned that we'd call the authorities out on false alarms which would end up with service charge fees. Mary came up with the perfect solution and now I feel comfortable installing the audio alarms without fear of additional charges. Mary came out twice to make sure that we were getting exactly what we needed and the costs for the security system seem totally reasonable to me. I am very happy I found this company and it's great to have the protection we need for our home and business.
