Our firm was founded in 1976 by Phil Belisle. Phil set out on his in own with a purpose: to build the type of security company he had envisioned, a security company that would always remain responsive to its clients. Over the next 10 years he personally designed, sold, installed and serviced every security and fire alarm that ACT NOW ALARM sold. To this day, most of our clients still know him by name.In December of 1988 he accomplished this goal and we have operated our own Alarm Response Center ever since. We now monitor and service over 10, 000 clients right here in Michigan. While other companies contract this vital service to large, third party firms - ACT NOW ALARM has refused to take such a short cut with its client's security and safety.
We believe that the secret to our success lays in our priority to care for our client's needs as if they were our own, and the fact we have simply terrific clients. Nearly 99% of our clients come to us because a friend or family member referred them, and this is something we don't take lightly. Beginning with the vision of one man, the company has grown into an award winning company that is now recognized as one of the finest in the industry.
