We used this service to rekey our new home after we took occupancy. The first appointment we had they did not show up, but we rescheduled for a few days later. Before the work, we were quoted $200 for keying 7 locks with two different key types. There were no issues with the quality of work, but after my boyfriend paid the $200 in person, they also called me (i had stepped out to run errands) and had me pay $212 over the phone.
When I got home and we figured out what happened, we called for a refund on one of the charges. They initially said it would take a few days, but when we called back a week and a half later we were rudely told to be patient. It has now been 4 weeks and they are not returning our calls and we still have not gotten back any of the money. Use this company at your own risk.

I was locked out of my car really late at night and it was freezing and they came out with no hesitation. He did it very fast and it was really cool watching too. I appreciate the service and how fast they got to me. Totally 10/10 recommendation for this company. Also gave me tips on getting another key so he was very helpful. Great experience!

Came back from Georgia after midnight and my keys were lost. I was able to get a guy to come out even at such a late hour and get me a whole new key at a super good price. Issue was fixed within the hour and I was on my way. The guy that came out was super cool and friendly and even showed me how he does it. I super recommend this company to anyone needing any urgent issues fixed with there car. 10/10

I had to wait a bit longer than expected and he kinda scratched up my mom's car with his tool he used. He did not take advantage of a person in distress like the other place I called. He charged a fair price and I am grateful. I would call him again. Good thing it was an older car so the scratches aren't a huge deal.

The manager, Thomas provided friendly, responsive, professional service, just what I needed. Cost was reasonable. I was frequently updated via text regarding arrival time.
