We provide a wide range of standalone DVR systems that come in either 4, 8, or 16 channel configurations. Our newest DVRs come with a built in 3G modem which allows a mobile device (iPhone/Android) to connect remotely. All of our DVRs have an easy to setup user interface and many important features such as alarm triggering, e-mail messaging, and automatic system recovery. The Standard Mobile Surveillance System provides real time video/audio recording for up to four channels at high resolution. Powered by the vehicle and controlled by a specially designed Intelligent power control unit, the system turns on automatically upon ignition and has a 5-30 minute shut down delay after the engine is turned off. The Video and Audio is recorded on a removable hard drive, or an optional SD card. Their customer service does not care about you or your business I've spent close to $20000 with them and my box has some defects in craftsmanship where paint and started to bubble and peel off resulting in rust in several locations all over the box including inside the box I've been told I will get a warranty box then they go back on their word and tell me they won't cover it and it has taken them since March of 2020 to just now decide to send someone to look at it in person but no guarantees it will get warrantied this company is a joke that does not care about you I recommend you get snap on or just about anything other than matco junk

I own a shop specializing in German vehicles and I purchased an AC441 Matco/Mahle ac machine July 12th and on that same day told my rep and the district manager that all the machines functions don't work and I wanted the machine replaced. two months later I have no word from Matco or Mahle. after 5 hours with Mahle customer service and multiple "recalibrations" Mahle told me "ill just have to wait for an engineer to fix it" and they dont know when that will happen.
District manager told me last week he would personally take care of it and haven't heard a word since. everyone scattered and no ones answering their phones. guess all my employees wont be buying anything from Matco until this is resolved. I may never purchase anything from them ever again.

Garbage company. Rebranded Chinese made junk. Customer service is absolutely horrific. They need shut down. They gave me 0 outlets and apparently supervisors aren't allowed to speak to customers on the phone. What sense does that make? My distributor retired with out telling me, and Matco made a pitiful effort to contact me. 2 months later I find out he's retired and I owe over $400 in payments. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT BUY HERE.

Distributor couldn't even do something as simple as print out a receipt and the customer service is no help either. They didn't help the one and only time I managed to get ahold of a representative and the many times I've called since they have always had the message that all the lines have been busy and when I left a message about a month ago I got nothing back. Smh. This is why most prefer Snap-on.

Just got off the phone with this company. Not by choice but due to the person on the phone hanging up because I asked why the local tool person that was across the street could not come to our location. We are on the line of Troy/Temple TX and we have Matco tools and want service besides sending them through the mail. e pay top dollar for our tools, and we pay top dollar for our service.
To be hung up on by one of your people is sad when they are not getting the response form me that they feel they want or need. I'm back on the phone as of now waiting on hold to speak to a supervisor.

Having read other reviews on here, i cannot help but wonder what details are being left out. So much of someone's contact with a tool company depends on their distributor, and bad ones exist aplenty in all the major players. That said, ive consistently had excellent results with Matco, both in the quality of their toolboxes, the warranty on hardline tools, and my interaction with my rep. Ive alwsys found the Customer Service team to do nothing but bend over backwards to try to help me. Finally, and again, their toolboxes are second to none, in design, in quality of components, and in construction. Ive seen the Jamestown plant where they are made, and the pride those people take in their work is aweinspiring. Snapon, and definitely Mac, got nothing on them.

I have been waiting since November 2019 to get a socket warrantied. I have talked to my rep and no help. I have been a professional mechanic for 35 years, and never been treated like this ever. I guess that the company is changing. I had to buy a replacement socket from Snap on. I bet a whole tool box full of tools that if I wanted a new tool box they would be at my shop right away. A socket replacement good luck.

If I could give this company a zero star. I'm so upset and disappointed at this companies workmanship on there tool carts. The wheel actually bent at the frame as I was pushing it across the shop floor. Then I had one of there torque wrenches that stopped working. Every time I talk to the tool salesman he tells me that they only have a one year tool warranty.
I will only be buying snap on and Mac. I will never purchase another Matco tool again. When the lock quit working I asked to see if he could warranty. The same answer. I year warranty. When a slide went bad. 1 year warranty. I spent $2800 on a cart and tools. Don't worry Matco I would rather spend $15000 for new box then spend $1 with this company.
Oh if you move to a new or shop. good luck finding another truck in my area. I have been a mechanic for over 28 years. It's time they stopped selling tools. Good luck if you can talk to them. Spent 25 mi urea on hold just to get hung up on when I tried to find a resolution with the company. Don't worry I own a shop now. So I will be spending $45,000 with snap on for next years shop tools.

The Ohio Matco Distributors do not care about career Matco tool users. I started my own business in Akron and I've been trying to get 2 broken toolboxes repaired, OR EVEN LOOKED AT. I have loads of broken tools and I have to keep purchasing new ones at local stores out of my own pocket. If something doesn't change I'll be dropping the boxes, and all these tools at your front door and you'll hear from a lawyer.
