Can 't say how pleased I am with the service call today; Iwas so happy that Imperial was able to provide same day service and the technician, Daniel G. was polite, prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient in locating the problem (bad power source) and resolving the issue in a very short time. I'm happy we went with Imperial to outfit our River North location. Our property has a lot of challenges to connect systems and Imperial was the only vendor able to find a solution. THANK YOU IMPERIAL. It's been a few months since installation and we haven't had a single problem. They've also been very helpful a few times I had follow up questions.

Imperial Security is a top notch firm in Chicago and I wouldn't trust my commercial building security with any other company. They did a great job with our commercial security camera system installation in our warehouse and I really feel like our company is in good hands with the security monitoring services they take care of for us.

Apparently they aren't interested if your job isn't big enough. They will be friendly, smile a lot, cajole and sweet-talk, but then dump you like yesterday's lunch. No thanks. Stanley Security, thank you for picking up the slack!

I am a community manager at a multilevel condominium association in Buffalo Grove. We worked with Imperial on a test bed system due to increasing package theft from our vestibules. Not only has this been a huge success for the community, but we caught our first culprit within months of installation. The police said the pictures/video we provided to them was the best looking they had ever seen!

The staff at Imperial are courteous and knowledgeable. They never pushed their equipment on us and they were willing to work with the Association through a test system. Training on the programs was done via the phone and was easy to follow even for the less tech savvy. They are always available for questions and they have excellent customer service.

I have recommended them to other Associations in Lake and Cook counties. I have worked with about a half dozen different companies offering similar services and this was the best and most reasonably priced out there.

We purchased an entire security system from Imperial, including 12 cameras. After the installation in Feb 18 we found out that all the cameras they installed were outdated technology and only had a 90 day warranty. They began breaking after 3 months and we just replaced all 12 of them last week with a company that warrantees their cameras for 2 years. I would DEFINITELY not recommend doing business with this company.

I know this company over 6 years and used their services for two of my business. They are reasonable and have professional technicians who can resolve Small issues on the phone free of charge, How ever they are also flexible and can work with your schedule. I would recommend this company to whom needs professional surveillance services.

We have worked with Imperial for many years. For the company that I work for, GoldMax/JS Enterprises had over 200 locations nationwide. 100 of them where local in the chicagoland area but then we also had other locations in other states & cities. From Atlanta, GA, all the way to Los Angeles, CA. Since we were in the Gold business we had to have the best security for our staff, customers and product that we purchased.

Some of our system ranged from 4 cameras to 25 cameras. We have used Imperial to help us with our tech support and installations. They were always there to help us and able to give us the best advice. I would strongly recommend them as they were able help us even when we were opening 10 stores a month. Most companies would have slowed us down. Instead they worked at our pace and helped us with anything that needed. Don't waste your time and give them a try! It is worth it.
