There is good reason why Security Dynamics Inc has been in business for over 30 years. We were anticipating a new kitchen remodel and needed our security panel moved. Our contractor moved up the time line by about 2 weeks and the team at Security Dynamics delivered. They are so bad my landlord Richardson commercial set this company up and now I'm stuck with the bill! If I new people that I wouldn't approve the security in which I never did! Do not get this company it's the worse and to expensive!

Security Dynamics took our money for several years and we have no proof of service. Our fire system went in to fault many times and we received no notification. We called and nobody at the office knew what we were talking about. Once we contracted an actual professional agency such as Tyco we realized that we were never serviced and now they are suing us.

Fantastic service. bar none. They talked me into putting a water monitor in my basement because of all of all the water going through my basement. It has saved me three times. even once while I was away. The idea you can get a real person on the phone when you have a problem is priceless.
