CSS connected and updated our outdated security system and wired smoke detectors after we purchased our home. Complete Security Systems installed an alarm in my house 2 1/2 years ago. That alarm was faulty (by no fault of CSS). CSS could've just let it be, I paid in full, and it was over. They did not, instead, they kept sending people in to fix it, free of charge, and eventually decided that it was best for me and them if they just replaced it. They replaced my entire system for no charge, and even credited me back the money for monitoring, giving me a year free!
Their integrity is obvious in this action. I am a very grateful. Satisfied customer! I would like to give a special call out and thank you to Mr. Lance Brooks, and of course Mr. Terry Henmer, you guys are the best! Thank you!

We have used Complete Security Systems for the last 16 years. They have provided excellent service throughout. During that time, we have had several repair issues due to an antiquated system and eventually replaced it with a new one. CSS has always been responsive anytime we needed them, even while we were away on vacation. We would highly recommend!
