Low key sales pressure, just presented a solid background of equipment and services. Installation representative was professional, conducted neatly, and then provided good coaching on use of the equipment, what to expect from the 24/7 monitoring, and followup. Price was competitive, and happy to do business with Alarm Man.

Alarm man is awesome and tries to fit to your needs. They do not try to overprice you they give it down to the nitty-gritty. I would highly recommend them as an alarm company because they don't try to over charge you they don't try to charge you for things that are unnecessary and I have always had a great experience with them plus many my friends have

The Alarm man installed a security system and cameras on my business. I got a few quotes and they were well priced and I felt comfortable with them. It's been installed a month now and I have never had my cameras drop out of service which was a big deal for me. I can see them from my phone anywhere at any time. I am also notified immediately of any entry to the premises. They tested all the features before the tech left to make sure I knew how to use them and it was working properly. I would definitely recommend Alarm Man.

We called to update our alarm system, we found Rhonda with Alarm Man to be patient and informative as we discussed the various options available to us. The installation went as scheduled; the installer, Jason, arrived on time and worked the length of time estimated. It was refreshing when the final billing was as quoted, no hidden charges. Jason patiently reviewed the Phone App with us. We would highly recommend The Alarm Man for your alarm needs.

I have worked with several alarm companies over the years, and none can compete with Alarm Man. Hands down this provider went way above and beyond dealing with my system in an geographically challenged area. Great installation and recommendations for our security system. Several items that we thought were necessary were actually covered by other pieces of the system and would have been redundant. Alarm Man suggested we save our money instead of unnecessary duplication. Best of all, the monitoring service is TERRIFIC, in state and English speaking. And cheap by comparison to others. Highly recommended. (Note that we've had this system and monitoring service for over 3 years!)

I have had an alarm system through Alarm Man of NC LLC for the past 5 years and could not ask for better service! Anytime I have needed to update information, my alarm was set off, or simply had a question Alarm man has handled the situation very fast and resolved any issues I had. I feel safe and secure knowing Alarm Man is protecting my home, and I will never use any other alarm company! Thanks Alarm Man of NC LLC!

Be careful when considering using The Alarm Man. We just paid for our next year of service in December and then our house (which had been on the market for six months) finally got an offer and sold and now Alarm Man is saying that they don't provide refunds of any type. Keep this in mind when considering using them. We were not under any type of contract with them, we paid for their equipment upfront when they installed it seven years ago. I would strongly recommend choosing a different alarm company because of this abusive policy.

We had Alarm Man update our previously installed system from another company last year, and also had them come back to wire additional smoke alarms into our system. The installers seem top-notch. They take their time and everything is done very professionally. We also got quotes from 2 large regional/national companies, and found local Alarm Man more affordable.
They can offer all the same bells and whistles but don't lock you into a long contract. We have accidentally triggered our alarm a few times, and the monitoring service always contacts us immediately.
