Brad has worked in the security and surveillance industry for the past ten years and was most recently the Chief Technology Officer of Integrian, a leading provider of mobile digital recording solutions to the law enforcement and transportation industries. Brad has over 20 years experience in strategy, planning and new product development with industry skills spanning telecommunications, wireless, information technology and utilities.

Nicole has more than twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry having held a variety of executive, management and technical positions during her career. In addition to her role as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at CVSI, she currently provides finance, accounting and operations related services to a number of entrepreneurial businesses in the Raleigh-Durham area including several marketing communications firms, insurance companies and restaurants.
