The thing i love most about VinTech is they respond back immediately. Anytime we are having any problems they will remote in and get it done within minutes. We've had other camera companies but we never had quick service like this.

The VinTech team did an outstanding job installing three wired HD cameras and DVR at my personal residence. First, I was very pleased with the consultation. My house did not have conveniently located wiring in place specifically for the three cameras, although I did have some wiring for a front doorbell. So the most important buyer value for me was an installation making the cameras were visible (deterrent) but making the wires invisible.

I did not want wiring across my home's facade. Another Chicago security vendor, apparently highly rated, drove by the house and was unable to figure out a way to do the installation. But Sean (the project manager) at Vintech spent time with me over multiple visits to figure out proper placement, to my satisfaction, without visible wires and reusing some of the CAT-5 wires that were available. Importantly, he came up with a creative way to reuse the existing doorbell wire while keeping it invisible. Second, I was very pleased with the quality of the installation. Kyle and Alberto confirmed the exact placement for every camera and spent time making it just right.

This included cosmetic details like rotating the dome cameras to put the stickers out of view. I care about aesthetics and attention to detail, and they did, too. Third, I thought the prices were reasonable, for a professionally installed system. I was considering a lower cost, DIY wireless solution, and I am very glad I did not do that, that I went with Vintech instead. Highly recommended.

We have used Vintech Security for over 8 years at our small restaurant chain, and they have always provided great customer support, as well as fast and reliable repairs. They even keep us up to date with their latest security technologies in case we are interested, and are never pushy about trying to get you to buy or upgrade.

I recently hired Vintech to install security cameras in my optical store. Blanca was very helpful with the proposal process and answering the many questions I had. The installer, Kyle, showed up on time and installed the camera system very quickly and neatly. He then showed us how to use the system. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Blanca, Vicent and the whole team at VinTech is very accommodating. Moved into a new construction home this June. I call VinTech and they scheduled a consultation the same week. Within 10 days VinTech installed a new security system with motion sensors and cameras. They followed up to make sure everything is working properly. When I call or email with questions you deal with the same people each time and they are very professional. Forget the big name companies out there, support this local company and get personalized service, not a giant call center. Highly recommended

Vintech did a great job with my security system install at my storefront business and the installation tech was very nice and quick. The installation process went smoothly without any hiccups. The coolest thing is that I can monitor my system from my cell phone. Vincent, I believe the owner, had come over and showed me how to set it up on my Nexus. For the price paid on installation I could not be any happier. Hopefully no one breaks in.

Shocking to read the good reviews on Yelp for VinTech. I tried in vein to set up several appointments to meet with someone for a site survey and quote. I had one tech cancel on me an hour before his scheduled visit (great thing that all I do is sit at home each day for such things; can't imagine I have a job that I took off from for the appointment.).

I subsequently exchanged several emails with John Feeney trying to get some information. Each time it resulted in a reply that promised a follow-up call. Finally, I have given up completely. With such unprofessional contact at the front end, it would be shocking to have them do a good job on the back end. Avoid VinTech unless you like businesses where customer service is optional.
