Just made a switch to Dial One Security after having ADT for several years. What attracted me to this company is being local and people being helpful and genuine. I cannot comment on their after sales support yet but I am sure they should live up to their name. Working with ADT was a nightmare and all ADT cared was how to extend a customer's contract even after the contract was over.
Initially I thought maybe I will go with one of the DIY solutions but then decided to leave it to the experts to take care of the security needs rather than save a few dollars on the monitoring service. I look forward becoming a happy customer of Dial One Security for years to come. Thank you for the smooth installation. We need more honest caring companies like Dial One Security. Keep up the good work.

I recently used Dial One security for a new home I built. They were one of my favorite contractors. In and out, no mess and the system works perfectly. As a security system customer they are much more personal than my previous vendor. I like that they are in my hometown and find it comforting that they operate their own call center.
