Needed a locksmith and relied on the high Yelp ratings to find these folks. Straight forward, good communicators, and very knowledgeable about locks, and options. Took the time to explain to me, and share with what they performs at my tenants home. Gave me a price before he did the job, for verbal approved quote. Easy to work with. Good job!

Called these people on a Friday afternoon after reading some reviews. First of all, they answered the phone almost unheard of these days FROM ANYONE), were knowledgeable on my options, and we set up an appointment for the following Monday between 9am-Noon. Come Monday, I get a call at 9:15 telling me they are on their way. 2 hours later I've got 2 new door locks and the place is cleaner than they found it.
Basically I'm 100% satisfied. The gentleman that helped me was professional and courteous. They were prompt, and did exactly what they said they would do. A rarity these days. Highly recommend.

The locksmith was patient and helped change the locks to my house quickly and effectively. I also locked my keys in my car when I met up with him. It took 5 minutes or so to get me back into my car. What a relief to not need to call another company! I will be calling Eagle's locksmith in the future!

Gal was very professional with his service. My service time was slot was between 3:00pm-6:00pm. Right at around 2:45pm I received a cal that Gal was on his way and he wanted to confirm we were home. Once he got here he confirmed the doors that needed rekeyed. He explained the different kind of locks vs deadbolts. He even confirmed that the company offered a keypad entry. He took his. He also was neat and clean. No messy shoes through the house. Strongly recommend. I have the company's number to all my friends!

Gal was so amazing. My daughter got into her fathers things and ended up with REAL handcuffs. We went to 3 police stations 3 fire departments and they told us to try childrens. I thought I would try a locksmith. Gal was here very quickly. It would have been a easy fix if my ex husband didn't try to drill it first ( This is why he is my ex husband who has handcuffs no key ) Gal used a drill and cut off the handcuffs.
We would have spent hours at children's and who knows if they would have been able to do it. He was so gentle with her and professional. I will use them again and again. I can't say enough good things about Gal and Eagle!

I had Eagle's locksmith in Cincinnati came to my house for emergency lockout right after I moved to my new residence. The tech came very quickly, unlock my door within seconds and replaced all of my exterior door locks to match on the same key. Great service from a great locksmiths company. Highly recommended.

Once I got through to the locksmiths [their message service system hung up on me twice, I tried a different locksmith who was too busy and I couldn't stand their on hold music so I tried back a third time] I was told they could come fix a tenant's lock which had come apart and she was locked out, they came in only 30 minutes, checked my ID to make sure I wasn't breaking in, gave me an estimate, and fixed my problem in under 15 minutes.
That wasn't cheap, but me and my tenant and her dog weren't stuck out on a cold January day. I was so impressed I had them install a 2nd lock I had struggled with doing myself. Fast friendly courteous service and longer hours than most of the other locksmiths I looked at. I'll use them again gladly.
