They are a bad company, they do not respond when you have an issue. We were paying monthly for monitoring and not receiving the service. Our system is in need of repair and all they do is come to the building and reset, they do not repair. All they want is to charge you fees for visits. They do NOT actually repair. We have left several messages for their management to call so we could resolve the issue, NO ONE calls back. This is one of the worst companies out there. Do NOT use them. They do not have good service.
