EXCELLENT - I called AAA as they had recommended them before, i was surprise of how fast and nice everyone was. I was very frustrated because i needed to go to work and did not want to sit in my house trying to figure out when will they come. They understood I had a tight schedule and told me they will accommodate so i did not have to worry. So happy Orlando - the person coming to do the job- kept in touch with me to make sure i did not loose it . The personalized service is what gives them 5 stars! Definitely will continue to use them in the future!

I have dealt with many locksmith companies throughout the course of my career. It's simple, Miami Doors & Locks Security Solutions is the best. Maria is simply amazing and always gets the job done for less than her competitors and it's always high quality. A month ago I was locked out of my apartment with the key stuck in the cylinder. I called Miami Doors & Locks Security Solutions and they were at my door within 30 minutes. The technician was able to extract the key from the lock and open the door even though the deadbolt was slightly impeding the door from opening. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix the actual problem with the lock, but I was able to use my key!
Then last week, the deadbolt again malfunctioned, and I had to call them again. Norberto came out, opened the door and was able to FIX the mechanism itself.
It's a 35 yr. old, intricate lock, for God's sake! The guy is a total expert! He was at my apartment within the hour, and did an extremely professional job. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things to say about Miami Doors and Locks. Ive been locked out of my house an embarrassing amount of times and Miami Doors and Locks is hands down the best locksmith company I have ever used. They are always available and are very quick to get to you. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I used Miami doors for the first time. I needed my door entry lock to be fixed and soft close hardware to be installed on several doors. Spoke to Maria who was extremely professional, polite and responsive. The job was scheduled within minutes. Installer Lewis came with all the right hardware and installed very efficiently. Lewis also was extremely polite and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with Miami door and locks. I would recommend them highly.

Jorge C and Claudio were very perfessional especially when they had to make a lot of corrections and defuse my frustration along with mistakes made with my order taken by a guy name Antonio.in which I was told by the technician they had no knowledge of.these poor guys ened up staying 1 1/2 hour overtime. But they keep working until the job was done and done properly. With workers like Jorge and Claudio I would definitely use this company again.job well done guy's and thank you.

EXTREMELY professional company and staff!! In the yachting industry, we deal with very particular owners and staff with high value assets and security. I can say very certainly that with this group you won't be disappointed. (And this from a highly particular person that has to make sure all is perfect, and "second best" is not acceptable!!)
