We are a privately owned family run business operating in San Francisco. In 1968, Golden Gate Burglar Alarm Co. was founded and is currently in its 3rd generation. Our company originated from two retired police officers who started installing local burglar alarms and security systems in San Francisco for homes and businesses which consisted of door sensors and an audible bell with a key to arm and disarm. In 1972, we opened our central station with only one account being monitored full time. Today, we successfully monitor commercial and residential accounts throughout the bay area at our state of the art Central Monitoring Station.

Golden Gate Burglar Alarm works to go above and beyond with what other San Francisco security companies can't offer. If you become a customer of ours, we will get to know you by your name, not by an account number. Ron Giannini

Manager

Ron is the son of the owners and is currently in charge of all responsibilities for Golden Gate Burglar Alarm. Since the company was founded when he was very young, this company is all he knows. He personally knows every customer we have and many remember him as a young boy helping his dad run wire under homes.

Dan Giannini

Technician

Dan started out young with his dad helping him when he needed it. He can remember going on service calls when he was very young and helping install alarms we still have today. After working at a grocery store during high school he realized the family business was his calling and wanted to help see it grow. He believes the sky is the limit for this company and will help do anything to see it succeed.

Stephen Giannini

Office Assistant

Stephen is part of the new generation where everything in life is processed digitally through computers and software. He single handedly transferred every account we monitor from our older monitoring software to our new one. He helps oversee all office duties with Mrs. Florence Giannini.
