After having a relationship for over ten years with another local company and their less than friendly service, my husband and I, from a recommendation of my employer, communicated with Shannon. Cornerstone Protection is the best there is in the home security business. They are friendly, honest, down-to-earth, respectful of you and your property, and do what they say they are going to do. Imagine that in today's world. I inquired about one of their alarm systems and cameras for my home and received a call from them before lunch the very same day.

We scheduled an appointment to go over my security needs and the install was completed within the next week. I was educated about devices I didn't know a lot about and was not made to feel that I had to buy something that I did not need Shannon careful analyzed my home with me and suggested the types of security components I needed but it was ultimately up to me to decide what I wanted.

I was encouraged that I could add on to the system if I needed to at a later time. I can not say enough about the quality of the system's hardware and cameras. I also can not say enough about the professional installation this group did. Most of the system is wireless. A few of the devices I had required some wiring but it was minimal. The quality of their installation was outstanding!

I had been an ADT customer for over 12 years. Cornerstone's equipment makes ADT's look like children's plastic toys. Also, they made sure my wife and I knew exactly how to work every detail of the system before they left. There are several law enforcement individuals associated with the business and one Ky Sate Trooper who is in training helped install my system.

When ADT used to send people to the house, I always wondered about their background. I rarely saw the same person twice and most of the service people were inexperienced. I now have 3 times the security system I had before and 3 times more monitoring 24 hours a day for every event imaginable and I am paying half! 1/2 the monitoring fee ADT charged for 3 times the service at Cornerstone. Glad that I chose Cornerstone for my alarm system. They have super service. I have only had my system for a few days but they have already called to check that everything is working as it should and meeting my needs. I have already recommended them to a family member.

We absolutely love Cornerstone Protection. Shannon has us connected so we always know what is going on at our house. My favorite thing is our security cameras. I can even access them from my phone. When we are out of town we can see what is going on around all the sides of our house. The resolution is amazing! I can control my security system, garage doors, gate and thermostat all from my phone.

It couldn't be any more convenient!! The support is also amazing, as soon as our alarm is set off, they speak into our house to make sure everyone is ok and ask for the password.
