My son and daughter-in-law just bought a new house, and we thought a security system would be a good house warming present. I started looking at national companies like ADT, Vivint and Protect America before contacting a local company. So, as I compared everything, apples to apples, I found out we had a local security company that could go toe-to-toe with the number one rated security company in the country.

The monthly monitoring and up-front costs ended up being less so it was a no brainer to go with Vital Security for all of our security needs. This is an outstanding system and my son and daughter-in-law love it. We appreciate you guys! Keep up the great work!

We had a very basic, generic security system installed by another company. Vital Security met with us, discussed our concerns and pin pointed some deficiencies in our existing system. It was great working with Jason and Kelsey. It was refreshing after experiencing very poor customer service with a national security provider. Vital Security helped us get our cameras back up and running, as well as took over monitoring our alarm system. I have no doubt about their responsiveness should any issues come up in the future.

Everything about my experience was great. We had an older security system and some malfunctioning cameras. They were able to replace a camera and install a new system really easily. The new system syncs up our locks, smoke alarms, and even our thermostat. And they were a pleasure to work with!

We have been customers with Vital Security for over 3 years and have never been disappointed by the service or reliability of a call center. On two occasions we accidentally tripped the alarm, within 10 seconds our phones were ringing from the call center to follow up on why the alarm was triggered. The team did a quick and fast install and insured that all of our Windows had the proper stickers, front yard sign, latest video doorbell, an alarm panel.

We tried to use battery powered WiFi cameras before calling Vital Security. They curated a system to meet our exact requirements, showed up on time to install and the technician George truly cared about making the install perfect. We are really happy and will be using Vital again.
