I would love to come and service your account however since we cancelled our relationship with Monitronics it clearly states within the contract we signed with them hat we can not touch any customer account for a period of 15 years or they can file suit against us. Please remember that we did give you two options on front end to buy the system out right and stay with our company 100% or get low cost equipment and sign contract with Monitronics.
You picked the cheaper upfront route with Monitronics under contract. This places you as their customer and you need to utilize their service options as I will not violate my contractual obligation with them nor do I have any options to help with this issue. Had they not done some things wrong we would still be a dealer for them but this is not the type company we are.

The owner and installer were nice and prompt when installing my service. However, when I added a new router in my home, I was unable to get a technician out to reset my (4) cameras. The owner explained that he had problems with the Monitronics Company and due to his dedication to his customers, and Monitronics unscrupulous business practices, he is no longer with them, and would be unable to give me any service.
I am very disappointed that I was left without adequate options for service and with no notification. Now, I am still under contract with Monitronics and the technicians they are willing to send out (with exorbitant costs) are not trustworthy. I feel that my service as a customer still under contract, is just as important as new customers, and I expected the same dedication. I am now reluctant to recommend this company to others when there is no guarantee of a follow up if needed.
