Mike, I would like to thank you and all the folks at Guardian Security for quickly responding to the Propane Explosion & Fire we had at our house on Bainbridge Island. The heat sensor in our furnance room immediately detected the blast from the Propane Explosion and the smoke sensor in the Living Room immediately picked up the smoke from the fire. 911 was contacted quickly, which was fortuate as I was a bit dazed from the explosion.
In fact, by the time I was able to call 911 from outside of the house I could hear the fire engine sirens already on their way. Also a big thanks to you Mike for coming over to the house within 2 hours of the fire to go over the alarm system and to make sure that the other sensors in the house are still active. Thank you again and I will be happy to recommend Guardian Security to anyone!

We are opening another restaurant and use GS for our security services. Today we had installer Trace Turpin at our new location and we had some challenges but Trace was polite, professional, friendly and helped me get this all completed and synched our three locations. This is my second site where I've hired Guardian. I was very pleased with my first experience, and now very pleased with my second experience. Trace Turpin and his team were great. Took time to explain what was happening during the install, and took plenty of time setting up the back end with me and explained how it all worked (First install I hired them for was a residence, second install was commercial). Great job Guardian team, keep up the good work!

Just wanted to do a shout out for Guardian Security and let everyone know what a fantastic experience it was. Patrick Fernandez was our sales rep and he was amazing! Patrick was very professional and attentive to exactly what we needed. He was here for the installation and was quick to follow-up, as well to make sure everything went as planned. The installer was also very professional and courteous. He took measures to make sure he was respectful of our home. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Guardian Security!
