I've had Knight security for several months now & I'm completely happy with their services. Any time I have an issue it's resolved quickly & the techs are thorough & have provided me with good customer service. That's one thing that I can honestly say is a deal breaker for me if you have poor customer service I'm NOT giving you my money. I feel much safer with this company.

Mike came out to help with an issue but it wasn't part of the system. He was professional and polite in handling the situation and also took note that there could be other issues that needed tended to. He had someone out immediately and took care of my system and had it working to it's full potential
