Have been using Surety Security for nearly a year now and can say I'm extremely happy I signed up with them. Their customer support is terrific and the depth of their knowledge for all the DIY equipment is unparalleled. No contracts, very reasonable pricing, and great service all add up to a 5 star review from me.

Outstanding company that charges half the cost of the big guys for better equipment that's customized to your needs. It may seem intimidating to install your own system but this team and the owner know their stuff - they'll walk you through everything remotely until you're satisfied. We couldn't WAIT to switch to them from ADT and won't ever go back.
They not only identified what our old sensors were without even visiting our house, saving us like a thousand dollars in new equipment, but the new system they gave us used our old sensors more effectively and gave us capabilities we didn't have before. It's the customer support that makes the difference - yes, you do it yourself, but they're so good you can't screw it up. The end result is you know your system better than if someone spent all day at your house AND you saved a fortune.

Just upgraded from an old Honeywell Vista and old local provider. Went with an Qolsys IQ2+ panel with both new wireless sensors as well as integrated the existing wired sensors. New system is well beyond what the old Vista provided along with a bunch of new capabilities that I never had before. Surety support was the closer in this as they assisted all along the way with answering a boatload of questions I had, both before and after the sale.
Their online support forums are fantastic and active. Additionally their service is the one of the cheapest out there. I literally pay $1 more a month than I did with my old provider yet I have a ton more capabilities. I can actually save a few dollars if I go back to the basic services I had with my old provider, but not worth it for the extra dollar. Additionally Surety offers month to month service, so you can cancel at any time or upgrade or downgrade your service. Overall highly recommend Surety and their offering vs going to something like Nest, Ring or Cove. This solution is vastly superior and offers tons of features.

Every time I have requested Surety for support on my 2GIG GC3 system, they have always come up with a solution in a timely manner. My most current experience was in relation to updating my Cell Radio to 4G LTE. I had a couple of questions and also encountered a technical issue. Surety responded and resolved them all very quickly. They are the best to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Moved from Frontpoint to Surety. Frontpoint has excellent customer service but it ends at things they don't directly support. Also, they're pricing scheme is expensive and no longer transparent. I looked for another service and found Surety. I get the same excellent service but they will also try to help with things they do not support, even so far as calling manufactures on your behalf for information.
On top of that, the prices are upfront and more reasonable. I actually found out about them when searching for answers for my Frontpoint system problem, that Frontpoint was unwilling to help with. Glad I switched. One note, which I thought would be a problem but has not, they very much prefer email correspondence over phone.

Slightly disappointed that they don't seem to have a designated customer service phone number, but their private messaging via email is very responsive! For a low monthly fee and easy to use interface, it's perfectly reasonable. I would highly recommend Surety if you prefer to set up your security system by yourself and have a reliable Alarm.com provider at a low price. I used to pay twice as much with my previous service provider.
