Terrible, Terrible customer service. Upgraded our system last year for $$7500 (after being with company for 20 years, it was time for the upgrade) and had to upgrade internet. Was told they would come back out to connect the system with upgraded router. NEVER returned my monthly phone call to find out why the system kept failing. Paid the very high annual fee ($3000) for monitoring but couldn't get a phone call returned ALL WINTER.
When we arrived this summer, they finally came out to fix the system, charged another $250. Doorbell still not working; they said they had to order parts. I've called each week to find out what is happening. Sometimes they will answer, sometimes not. Don't bother leaving a message for them, they won't call you back. Shawn, the manager, does not care if your home is being monitored, if the system gets a failure notice, or if you have questions about your account. In his mind the customer is NEVER right and he ALWAYS is, with no discussion. AWFUL to deal with. DO NOT USE THE GILFORD OFFICE!

The most trust worthy security company. They were always on time and very professional. Always cleaned up after they were done and went beyond expectations to make sure I was satisfied with the job done. The technician explained everything thoroughly to make sure I understood what was going on. I would recommend them to any business or any customer looking for a security system!

Just have to say that this business is top notch for customer service! I am not real "Tech savvy" so I have had to call several times. Sometimes it's with just a quick question, but each and every time I call, Kristy is extremely patient and walks me through the process. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have the answer she will get it!
I have also had to have a tech out on 3 occasions (to add and more cameras) and Paul has been out every time. I can't tell you enough just how impressed I am with his knowledge, work ethic and customer service skills. He genuinely cares about the big picture. He is very conscience about his job while in your home. I am so glad that I am a total security customer!
