I had a very bad experience with these guys. They put a contract with hidden items like the service is not transferable if I moved to another home and they kept the right to increase monthly charges annually. Tried to talk about the contract but they were very rude and said that I signed the contract and they will not discuss anything about it. I highly don't recommend it. Keep yourself away from these people.

Advanced Security Solutions, LLC provided a personal emergency reporting system for our home. The system consists of emergency buttons for my elderly parents that connect to an alarm system in the home as well as to the alarm company. This provides tremendous security for the entire family, knowing we will be alerted to my parents needs as well as having immediate response should emergency personnel be needed. The company has been delightful to work with, has responded to questions we had initially and the installation process was exemplary.
