Roger did a great job understanding what I needed and he took the time to work through my options. I have been back two more times sense to expand our security by adding additional hardware. Very nice and friendly. Even showed me how the make a key for a door lock. They fit to my lock and twenty minutes later it was done. The price was great less then what it would cost for a new one. Have beautiful door accessories that have codes and keys also. Very nice show room. Also have safes. Just a very nice place and clean.

I called because I needed help getting into my locked vehicle. The person I spoke with it said would be 30-45 munites. I did not hear back and called again after and hour and a half of waiting And the new person I spoke with had no idea about the status of the technician Sent to help me. I went ahead and called a different company And finally heard back from Strauss 2 and half hours after the initial call

Stopped out with a lock assembly for a very old Sentry fire file safe. Could not find anything online on how to fix it or get parts. Ten minutes out at Strauss and I had a new set of keys and the lock was fixed and ready to reinstall. Reasonable price for repair. Fast, friendly, accurate.
