I had a breaker fail on a Sunday evening. The circuit that my router is on. I work from home and needed my internet connection for work on Monday. I texted Caudill's late on Sunday evening and asked if they could contact me as early as possible Monday morning. I was called before 8 am Monday morning and had Mike here and the problem fixed by 9 am!

I am super happy with their responsiveness and work. Mike replaced the part and made sure I understood what the issue was as well as the remedy. I already have a punch list of items for them to work on that I've been putting off because I didn't know who to call. Call Caudill's

Anthony, Justin, Ben, & Ethan have all been great for our needs when we moved into an existing building but it wasn't quite ready for our needs. We contacted David & he sent these guys our way. We explained how many TVs we needed mounted & wiring ran to make the TVs look very neat & clean on the walls in 2 offices & our conference room. They have honestly changed the direction our company will be able to go & our production will have a positive impact in the years to come.

The security system panel & camera DVR we had in place upon moving in was old & severely outdated. Now we are able to arm & disarm the system with ease using an app on our phones! Our camera system DVR works amazing & we are also able to view those from an app on our phone. We gave Caudill Electric company 5 stars because we could t give them anymore!

The communication with them as far as scheduling & parts on order puts them well above any other electrical company in the Triad! If you need excellent work(service & install) they would be the first company we would recommend you contact! Thanks guys!

Caudill Electric recently updated our security system. Kevin assessed the property and provided a timely and reasonable quote. Anthony and the installation crew were very professional and worked hard to make sure the camera angles covered all areas of the property. I highly recommend Caudill.

The electrician showed up on time, he was very professional and explained what he was going to do. Finished the work in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up and gave us instructions on using the power cord to our generator. He is a asset to the company. I would definitely recommend the company for any electrical work or repair.

Ice caused a tree limb to rip the electric meter and wiring off of my home. They came out the same day I called. The service men where great. They fixed the issue and left absolutely no mess. I was pleased with the estimate I was given. I couldn't ask for better service. Now the inspector and Duke Power I'm not happy with. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

We just recently moved to North Carolina and even though the area we moved to is considered safe, we wanted the security of having an alarm system installed (because you never know). We looked for a local security system installed on Yelp and Caudill's came up. Our call was answered courteously and we were able to schedule a consult quick and conveniently. Kevin arrived at our home and was a pleasure to work with, very professional and personable while providing helpful and honest feedback along the way.

When they came to install, they were on time, efficient and did their job cleanly and respectfully. Kevin was also present and took his time to make sure we understood all the aspects of the system. I called Caudill's to work on and issue with the electrical box for my septic tank, the technician arrived and I assumed that I would need to replace the box, but the experienced technician wanted to check the current box first, I was skeptical as I thought it was a ploy to Bill more time, but I was completely wrong, he noticed that it was a simple wire issue and fixed that only, saving me hundreds of dollars if I had bought a new unit.

They truly investigate and do the right thing for the customer and that is very much appreciated. They will be the only electrical company that I will call for any service going forward. This coming from someone that doesn't really write reviews. thank you Caudill's, and the personal touch of the VP reaching out to me to ask about my service

Very great communication with me throughout the process, promptly got started on the job. Kevin was quick to answer any questions or help in anyway he could. The installers were professional and very knowledgeable of everything and showed me everything I needed to use our security system. 5 stars all around a great professional company and will be using them again in the near future!

We have used Caudill Electric several times for jobs large and small. They are priced well, and they do quality work. That said, we have had a couple of issues with a no show for an appointment or having to chase them a bit for quote info. We have found that this tends to be an issue with ALL home service providers we have run across, so we still will continue to use Caudill Electric because of the good work at a fair price.

Recently worked with Kevin at Caudill's to install a security system for my home. Throughout the process I was impressed with Kevin's responsiveness and "can do" attitude. The gentlemen who installed the system were consummate professionals who got the job done efficiently. So far the product itself has met all of my needs. Many thanks to the Caudill's team. I called the company to see if someone cold come out and give a quote. I spoke to a very nice lady, I told her that we were going to be doing the remodels in our home in the next 2 weeks. She called one of the men to come out. When he came to our house on Tuesday, we showed him everything that we needed to do. He didn't write nothing down, which that boggled my husband. He told us that he would call on Friday with a quote. Well we have not yet received one! I do not recommend them at all.
