I currently have a camera system from Moore Security Solutions and have been trying to contact them. I started on Friday and today is tuesday. They have not returned my calls or texts. I have had this issue before and had been able to contact the tech but now I am unable to do that. I am very disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend them

Moore Security Solutions install a state of the art security system in my home and has been monitoring it for several years. I am able to unlock my front door, view video, set my alarm, adjust my thermometer and turn lights on and off, all from an app on my phone. This is really great when I have service people come to my home as I can see them on the camera, let them in and turn off the alarm. I know when they leave and can see if they leave empty handed. It is true peace of mind and Moore Security Solutions provides the best in customer service and satisfaction!

My friends business had Moore security, he got his business robbed. First the alarm went off at 11pm and the alarm supposedly went off but Moore security never called the police so at 5am the same night the thief came back and went in to his business and stole all of his things knowingly that the police was never there. And now he doesn't want to accept responsibility for the lack of proffesionalism of his company. So don't rely on Moore security for your security needs they won't do anything to help you.
