Glenn is very helpful and paitians to explain the problem how danger the voltage too hot will cause the fire from the outlets.my case was smoke came out to burn out my micowave and refrigerator, our home was instal very poor wire on all outlets when they original build it, Thank God I found Glenn. I also get power outage in my home that day. I call him the same day he came in the same day to check for me even he has a busy schedule, next day he has his team came to replace all switches and outlets for me. They did a great job. highly recommended him to you. Thank you Glenn.

Alex did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was responsive and communicative throughout the process of a fairly major repair. His work is at an extremely high level. While rewiring an entire house he was able to do minimal damage to the walls while many electricians would have punched holes indiscriminately. Truly a professional from start to finish.

Safeway Electric did a fantastic job. I had light switches that didn't work. A garage that was wired up but had multiple issues and, I had a garage heater I needed installed. 7500W. They got the switches working, quickly ill add. My garage is now completely functional. Also, after they wired up and installed my heater, which turned out to be defective according to the manufacturer, they came back and installed the replacement the very next day. It's working awesomely. I would like to thank/recommend Chris, Randy and Derek for any electrical job that you need done. I am % satisfied. Thanks guys!

I don't even know where to start with my experiences with this company so I will just focus on the horribly bad experience I had today with Craig the electrician. The first time he came to my home was approx. ten months ago to check on our lights that were flickering. He found our wiring was so bad it was about to cause a fire in our walls. We had the house rewired to the tune of almost nine thousand dollars.
Then shortly after that we still noticed a light in the kitchen was still flickering. He had a bad attitude when we called him again to come and check the light. But he did come out and replaced the LED light all the while telling me I was wasting his time because he wasn't getting paid for this job and making it seem as if I (a woman) was just crazy.
So again my husband an I notice that same light he replaced is flickering again. My husband called Craig this morning and he called us back and said he would be right over to check it out. When he arrived he had to make sure to tell me how much I was wasting his time because he wasn't getting paid for the job and he didn't appreciate us calling him again because in his words " it isn't possible." He loved to keep telling me that what I was seeing just "isn't possible." His condescending attitude and egotistical manner toward me was getting on my nerves.
When I asked him if he was going to get up to the light and actually check it out again with the "no, it isn't possible." So I told him to leave my house by opening the front door and he refused to leave and told me " I have twenty five years experience (another thing he constantly told me) and I have authority here and I will call the city on you." WTF!
Then he kept telling me to shut up and listen to him and I am still holding open the front door by this time screaming at him to leave and finally I threatened to call the police to get him out. He walks out the front door finally and still stands there telling me to shut up and listen to him. I slammed the door shut. I was shaken by that encounter.
I have had some pretty bad experiences with service people at my house but that was the worse. The owner of the company called me shortly after that encounter and I just told him he lost us as customers.

Very reliable and professional I had a large job to replace cabling in an older house and had interviewed a lot of contractors. The smaller contractors failed to show up. Others wanted to charge a ridiculous amount Safeway staff was professional and reasonably priced and they did the work as promised. I would definitely use them again.

Today driving on the 91 freeway I was cut off by truck p-24 and honked to avoid an accident. I was flipped off by the employees driving the van and then had them throw an orange at my truck! Luckily they throw like a preschool girl. if this is the type of people working for this organization I would stay away. Incredibly unprofessional.

I worked for this company and the way they treat you as a worker is disappointing. Your suppose to take pride in your work and make it look nice and safe for future serviceman. They make you do hack work and only give you a certain time line to do that hack work. Then you spend hours a day looking for the right parts and material to do the job right.
You try and talk to the office and HR about a problem and they won't reply back to you ever, I waited longer then a month before I heard back from the HR department, and that's because I contacted them first. They don't listen to the employees and they look at you as just a number. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
