This IS THE WORST SECURITY SYSTEM i HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. their SERVICE IS AWEFUL. take's A WEEK TO GET ANYONE TO COME OUT AND FIX THINGS NO MATTER HOW BAD IT IS. ours FRONT DOOR RARELY WORKS CORRECTLY, THEY HAVE REPLACED PARTS MANY TIMES, ALAWYS LASTS ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS THAN BROKE AGAIN, CAMERA'S DO NOT EVEN LAST A YEAR. really REGRET SPENDING THE MONEY TO GO WITH THEM.

Recently I needed a service call but the technician did not seem to know what he was doing. I asked about the technician that installed my alarm. He told me that he quit and the he had only worked there a month or two and was still learning. Now I am stuck in a contract with no reliable support.

I have an existing security system and it's cameras all went out at the same time. I called and spoke to an installer, I explained what happened then he gave me some ideas to try before a service call was needed and it worked. They helped with my grandparents home and their business and took the time to show them how to work their security systems on their SMARTPHONE! Like come on y'all, nobody is worried about their customer service like that anymore! I'm building a house this year and I'm having them hard wire the home security into my house! Awesome quality and customer service! All the employees were awesome as well! I wouldn't recommend let alone trust ANYONE else to install a security system for my friends or loved ones!

This group has the most helpful, best trained staff I have seen. From sales to accounting to office staff to technicians that do the installing they are absolutely top notch professionals. We have switched our home security to Arkansas Security and we purchased a camera system to monitor and record activity on our property (two jobs, two crews).
