President & Owner
Norman began Fleenor Security as a part time business in 1972, operating from his home. At the time, he was a vice-president of a local furniture manufacturing plant. He also served as the firm's Corporate pilot. Norman's entrepreneurial spirit and industry involvement has helped Fleenor Security become one of East Tennessee's largest privately-owned and most trusted security companies with thousands of satisfied Customers.
Debbie Bingham
General Manager
Debbie began her career with Fleenor Security in 1993, working in several administrative and supervisory capacities. She was promoted to the General Manager position in 2000. Debbie has extensive experience in accounts payables and receivables, central station operations, and customer service. She is a life-long Johnson City area resident, and a member of the Junior Service League and Heritage Baptist Church.

Vice President
Will was "raised" in the Industry, so to speak, and now has over fifteen years of experience in all facets of the business. Since starting out as a part-time installation technician during his high school years, Will has accumulated experience in several operating areas to include sales, data administration, customer service, and central station monitoring. In his current position as Vice-President and director of service and installation, he has gained substantial experience in the areas of management, strategic planning, and industry relations.

We moved into a new home, but the previous owner didn't leave the alarm code. The Fleenor team went above and beyond to help figure out how to make the system work. They tried by phone and then sent someone to work on it in person. And, they didn't charge me anything for their help. I was really impressed by the entire Fleenor team!

Fleenor Security Systems has provided the best alarm service, that I have ever had. Their service is far beyond the national advertised security companies. When you have an alarm, or you are having a system problem, you are talking to a local well trained person, located in East Tennessee, not a call center in some far reach location. East Tennesseans are know for their "plain talk is easily understood" and I am saying, you cannot go wrong with Fleenor. They are one of our good neighbors, there to help you, when you need it.

Great company to work with. I checked prices with 2 other local security companies and Fleenor Security was the most economical. Brian and Andre really looked my needs and custom fit a solution that was right for my company and they didn't try to sell us more than we needed. We receive too few compliments these days. We were fleenor customers until they were bought by ADT which was an awful customer service experience. we became aware that fleenor had re-emerged locally and made the switch back after hours on the phone pleading with ADT to just have a technician talk me through an issue. Gina helped us get back on board with fleenor after that crummy time with adt.
We've recently had a problem with a tampering alert from a CO detector. from my kids stomping on the stairs above it. I called fleenor last week, was transferred to service and a very pleasant tech quickly looked over the alerts, advised me that I could move it on my own if I wanted to and all is better-no charge. 15 min on the phone versus adt which would've taken just as long for them to just find my account, and whose only recommendation would've been sending out a technician and charging me. The switch to you just paid off. Many thanks to you, your service team, and call center.

Fleenor provides security services and monitoring of our residential and commercial projects both during the construction phase and after the projects are turned over to the owners. They provide exceptional service to us and to our clients over the phone and physically on the jobsites.
