Jackson Security Services

My system was upgraded with the expense of the new panel and keypads. The monitoring cisy increased by about 40% over what I was paying with the existing system. The technician did good work and was responsive in completing needed corrections. However, for all this additional expense and time I now have a system that I barely know how to use. Jackson Security does not provide and does not have a user instruction manual for the New upgraded system.

I had to request the code Numbers for the various house sensors. I requested a user manual several times and was finally informed that I had to go online and serach the Company Web site. Well after 2 1/2 hours I still do not have a user manual for myself Or others in my household. This Experience is still unresolved and totally inferior to the Experience I had when the system was installed years ago.

These guys have ALWAYS done a fantastic job on my security & security gate. Nick is a huge asset & knows his stuff regarding security gates. These gates have a tendency to goof up, but the guys at Jackson Security & Nick in particular get it right! I really like working with them & the girls in the office Liz is on top of it! I have been a customer of Jackson security services for about 12 years now. They have always given excellent service whenever I have had an issue. They have been quick to respond. The technicians have always been great while doing any type of service work in my home.

Don't ever use this company. I called them to hook up a contact on a new door. Driver worked 15 minutes & said he had to go home for tools. Who goes to a job without tools? He came back & worked 35 minutes. He kept pulling the wires apart after he fixed them. He had to pull out of the hole and redo 6 times. They charged for 2 hours so I questioned the bill & mysteriously they changed bill to 11/2 hours which is still overcharged. Now both me & my son are being harassed by their rude and hateful secretary. I was quoted 95 per hour, he worked 50 minutes, and that is all I am paying.

Jackson Security's management, office crew and tech crews always provide impeccable services. I have had their security system for several years now and I am a satisfied customer. Their tech crew Nick S. and Tim C. did an outstanding job for me and explained to detail the questions I had. You can never go wrong with Jackson Security their services are top notch. Give them a call!

I try to be a loyal customer but after their tech came out and charged me a service call but could not fix the problem they had to send another technician out to try and fix the problem and he could not figure out how to make the alarm ding when the door opens either yet he charged us another service call. $457.00 later I was told I would just have to bypass the sensors that were not working. ADS security came out a week later and fixed everything. Please don't waist your time with Jackson security

We're in Foley, Alabama and selected Jackson Security because they offer not only excellent products but were the most informative and knowledgeable on the products we were interested in. Our system has worked flawlessly since it was installed in June 2019.
