Homeguard has its own in-house Central Station Monitoring Center. Our computerized central station uses the most up-to-date alarm software. We offer full alarm monitoring functions for burglary, fire, and environment, as well as daily test signals, opening and closing reports, and many other services.

We are members of the National and Connecticut Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, Connecticut Crime Prevention Association, and Better Business Bureau. Our employees have served as active members in our local alarm associations as regional vice president and have held positions on various national committees. Our company has been chosen to participate with several manufacturers in various new product development seminars.

We pride ourselves in having the most reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented service and installation departments. Our company is certified by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and our technicians are state licensed. We have our own installers; therefore, we do not subcontract our installations. We constantly provide seminars to our installers so they can learn about the latest equipment and techniques.
