Alpha Fire & Security Alarm Corporation was founded in 1998 and is under the same ownership as the fire suppression company, Alpha Fire Sprinkler Corporation. Our goal is to provide a one stop shop for your complete fire protection and security needs. Alpha Fire and Security Alarm Corp is still locally owned and operated, while many of the other local alarm companies have been bought out by national corporations.

It is our mission to provide continuing personal top notch service to all of our customers. We have been serving communities from Monterey County to Santa Barbara County for the last ten years. We employ the finest technicians with diversified electrical and low voltage backgrounds, thus allowing us to service and install all types of low voltage systems. Their primary goal is to keep you happy and safe. All of our employees have passed FBI background checks and are factory trained and certified. Not only is this required by law, but we make sure that we have completely trustworthy technicians working on your systems.

Our UL listed central station, American Two-Way provides 24 hour monitoring. Their sole responsibility is to notify the police, fire department, or customer specified persons in the event of an alarm activation.

One of your vans with the license number 28185k2 was driving like a psychopath southbound on the 101 until they got off on Bradley. Doing 85+, zig zaging in between lanes, cut multiple people off including myself. Without a doubt a most pitiful display, this kind of behavior is exactly why most people are rude to construction/trade vehicles on the road. Truly pathetic.

I would not recommend them because of their poor customer service for any maintenance or system additions. They do not return repeated phone calls or follow up on requests. As far as monitoring my alarms, they have been very good.
