Advanced Alarms has protected my home for some 7-8 years now. I have never felt as safe! They are on the ball when the slightest thing happens. I'm the time I've had their systems, I've had a break in & a carbon monoxide issue. Both situations were handled quickly & efficiently. Hands down Advance Alarms is the best security provider in the Tulsa area. We have used them for 25+ years & we have always had top-notch service. We had issues with our system on Wednesday before Thanksgiving & even though they had a full service schedule, they still sent someone our way at the end of the day to get us operational before the long weekend. We always recommend them to our customers & friends because of the way they treat us. Outstanding customer service!

We had a very good experience with Advance Alarms. We had a bit of a misunderstanding at the beginning but Madeline persevered and got us ready for install. Ryan was our installer and he was early, gregarious and knowledgeable. I would recommend Advance Alarms but if you are unhappy with anything you are told at first, talk it out with them. I'm sure they will be able to help!

Advance Alarms came into my home and updated my existing alarm system with state of the art equipment. We now have an app to help monitor our alarm and can see who is entering or exiting our home based on the alarm code entered. They were wonderful to work with from sales to installation. The tech who installed it was friendly and knowledgeable and the owner personally checked in on our experience. I wasn't sure how the process would work since we had an existing alarm system, but it was seamless! Could not be happier that we are using Advance Alarms.

This is the type of company that has my loyalty for life with their amazing service! We just had a technician come to our home to check a older 110v smoke alarm that was on its last legs. He was not only extremely polite, punctual, professional, but incredibly knowledgeable and curtious. He checked our alarm window sensor magnets to ensure we had a great fit with our weather stripping and generally made sure everything was working well. At this point I was offering coffee, water or even to make him a sandwich. Just amazing! I would reccomend them to anyone or any business! Fantastic.

Advance was on time for the set up and was very efficient with getting things done. The tech was was quick to answer any questions and was professional. He should me how to use everything and the experience was a great one. I feel much better knowing they are keeping an eye on my place when I'm gone.
