This morning Jacob Kelly came to my house to installed a new camera. He was very professional and went over everything to make sure I understood everything I needed to know about my system.

Was receiving zones messages stating battery was low. Changed myself Saturday. Same evening it went off again. Called Monday, would have someone contact me. Tuesday, called back, requested someone to contact me Received call back, reset system. Message gone. Tuesday night back on again Wednesday call in, will have someone contact me. Thursday now I'm livid.gentleman comes out and says I had battery in backwards. Messages go off, 2 hours later again low battery.

Call back NOW they send David! He is here 30mins. Duh, bad sensor draining the battery! Replaces and NOW 5 days WITHOUT an alarm, it's Fixed! The only reason I gave 4 stars, is because of David. He is truly a 5 star employee! Service on this issue was below standards, til David showed up! Thanks David!

Salesman was great of course. But our install went into the evening past 7, and they had to return the next day as well. This meant I was leaving work early 2 days in a row. Our installer also did not clean up behind themselves, leaving cut wire all over my yard and insulation moved around everywhere in the attic. Shortly after the install we began to have problem after problem.

For example, motion sensors not working, glass sensor not working, the switch was not connecting to the system, the cameras were offline or disconnected, and many more. Most recently, our panel was not communicating with the network. When I clicked on it, it stated that IN AN EMERGENCY HELP MAY NOT BE REACHED OR SIGNALED. I WAS UNABLE TO ARM MY SECURITY SYSTEM BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP.This is not what you want happening on your home security system!

Do yourself a favor, call SimpliSafe instead. If you are going to pay an arm and a leg for equipment, as well as a monthly monitoring fee, do not spend it at All Safe Technologies. Will not be taking All Safe to my next home.

David is an outstanding individual. He is always thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working before he leaves.

Customer service is outstanding! David went out of his way to make sure my alarm system was up and running when I needed him on short notice. I wouldn't use any other alarm company because they take care of their customers!

AST Technician named David worked hours to upgrade our old alarm system. He was very professional and courteous and worked non stop to verify positive communication with the alarm monitoring service. Fantastic service. Their technician had to run Cat 8 wire down two interior house walls and did a great job. He was very professional and knew what he was doing which saved a lot of installation time.

Stephen came to check my equipment and reset my PIN. He was so helpful! I have had my alarm system for 18 years and never really needed it until recently. The smoke alarm and the chime are my best friends. I had to start using my alarm and was forgetting that I had set it causing the alarm to go off. Stephen made sure that I had it under control before he left. I made it through the night and today without feeling stressed. Thank you Stephen!
