We are fully licensed by the state of Connecticut and completely insured. Our employees take continuing education courses to stay up to speed on the latest state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Our principal, Mark Harris, has 12 years of experience in the home security industry. We custom design every system to your specifications, using the products and brands we believe will work best for you. All our parts and labor are covered by our 100-percent warranty for one year after installation.



For control panels we primarily use Gemini systems by the Napco Security Group. Depending on your situation, we select accessories - motion detectors, glass breaking detectors, door and window contacts - from different companies. In every case, we carefully choose the proper equipment and devices to do the job right. Unlike many of our competitors, we will not demand that you sign a three- or five-year monitoring contract. After installation, we have a minimal one-year monitoring contract, renewable on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis at your discretion. We use a Connecticut-based monitoring station for our alarm systems. Customer satisfaction is our No. 1 priority!
