Access Control
Report
We can install or repair your access control system, and we are dedicated to quality workmanship and friendly customer service. With an access control system, you are able to have card-verified entrances to your building, making it impossible for anyone without a security card to gain access to your office or place of business.
Monitoring
Report
Our voice monitoring system is a great way to notify the authorities if your home has been broken into by an intruder. We are even able to listen in to what is happening in your home when or if an alarm has been tripped. With this technology we are able to alert law enforcement of a break in, while you are away from your home. The safety of your home and belongings are just as important to us, as they are to you.

The guy scheduled to come out 4-5 times but never showed up. We decided to give him one last opportunity which was scheduled for 10am but didn't hear from him. Update: Dude showed up while I had driven down road to grab lunch, he was 3 1/2 hours late. When I came in he was beginning to work and had came in with muddy boots and gotten it all over my area rug. I asked him to leave, we'd be using a different company and that he may want to consider using boot covers going forward and being more considerate of people's time.

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. You cannot contact ANYONE on the weekend if you have a problem. You can only reach the monitoring company and they cannot help you with any system failure. I have canceled my contract and will take them to court for cruel and unusual punishment on behalf of my brother and breach of contract.
My handicapped brother was dog sitting at my house while I was out of the country, because he walks with a cane and unsteady on his feet he bumped into the control panel and set off the alarm. I was in Spain and received the call at 1am in the morning. I texted my neighbor to go to my house and turn off the alarm, they did. But my brother felt uneasy and called First Security to ask them to turn off the system until I returned home so he would not accidently set the alarm off again.
First Security agreed to do this but about 6 hours after the system started to chirp every 5 minutes (this was on Wednesday). He tried to call First Security to get assistance to turn it off but apparently everyone was gone for Thanksgiving vacation and of course the monitoring desk couldn't help him. This poor man had to endure 5 days of this incessant chirping; he was subjected to this pain and suffering because of his disability and unable to drive and go somewhere else.
This situation also happened to me on one occasion. My main house was flooded in June and I just wanted to go the cabin and have some peace and quiet. At 3 in the morning this chirping started, of course it woke me up. I entered my passcode and it stopped but about 5 or 6 hours later it started again. Of course this was Saturday and no one could help me.
I left. I reached Sean (my only contact with First Security) and he told me how to override it. I ask him to send me a manual so if this happened again I would know how to fix it. Well he sent me the manual but it didn't address the problem. When I called him and brought this to his attention, he laughed. Don't do it

Last year I entered a raffle at the county fair for a free security system, and several days later I was told that I had one a free system. The company came and installed the entry-level system, which included holes being cut into my walls. The company said that they would need a run a credit check to sign the monitoring agreement. I received a call back saying that I was not eligible for the free system because I didn't have a high enough score.
They agreed to provide free monitoring but i would have to lease the equipment.at $75.00 a month. At the end of my 5 year lease will have spent over $3000 for an outdated alarm system and will still have to purchase the equipment in order to keep it. Really? I have great credit and in turn I pulled all three credit bureaus reports, no inquiry had been generated. Bait and switch much?
Today I attempted to contact them to see if my house-sitter had been setting the alarm, and I received their voicemail. I have received no return calls. So I contacted the company they had listed as their monitoring service, and lo-and-behold that company is not the monitoring service of First Security Inc. I Security Systems Inc that this company was using their graphics (and reputation) and they forwarded the complaint on to their corporate offices.
If you are looking for a company that offers ethical business practices, competitive pricing, functional equipment, and reliable customer service you should look elsewhere. I know I will be.

The owners of this company have completely run this business to the ground. They tell people they are giving them a free security system, then they have a monthly fee, and a contract. Which in the end you pay full price. They cheat their employees out of so called "Bonus'", and treat everyone like they are below them.
