We keep very detailed Invoices and Pictures of all Work Orders yet I routinely need to call and harass them every 3 months to get paid. I stopped taking any jobs from them and now they refuse to pay any of the remaining Invoices. They sell their customers (certain Dollar franchise) cheap junk and then put it on out of town contractors to fix their mess and screw the people who are the reason they haven't been sued. STAY VERY FAR FROM THEM!

DO NOT WORK HERE! I dont know this company keeps the doors open, they treat staff horrible, don't pay contractors and never meet client service level agreements. The most unprofessional, inefficient workplace I've ever been employed. They provide training on 10% of the information you need and expect you to perform at an expert level, with no assistance or reference materials on your first day.
Most team leads and managers, have that title by default because the turnover rate is so high. I was miserably employed for about 6 weeks, In that short time 7 people quit and a whole department was laid off. Every team lead has ZERO qualifications, and less than 2 years of employment w/ the company. The only reason people stay with the company is because they have no other options.
As someone with 10 years of call center experience with multiple companies, I can confirm the work load is 4x what was expected of me anywhere else. With NO TRAINING! I was actually mocked by 2 supervisors when I asked for help on a topic I have ZERO training and reference materials. I felt like I was in a twilight zone. The micromanagement and passive aggressive emails from team leads was sickening.

Security Source is well skilled at short changing their subcontractors. We have over 5 invoices that are well documented with e-mails, photos, completion pictures and signoffs. They refuse to pay by ignoring us. They've never voiced disagreement at any point during the service process and have given us the cold shoulder upon completion of work and submission of invoice, photos and store manager sign-offs. truly shameless behavior.
