In 2019, we had looked at 3 different companies with various prices, features, etc. When it came time for site visits, PSSNC was the most impressive as to what they offer and WHY they offered it and had the best price. They also understood what the competition offered. One thing I learned quickly: the best, highest pixel, highest resolution cameras don't do any good, if the view is blocked.
We settled on having multiple views of the same areas. Installation was done in less than a week at our 300,000+ sq ft manufacturing plant. PSSNC techs were also on site to help our IT dept get the whole system up & running in less than 1/2 day. The software is intuitive and easy to find footage of incidents. In 2021, we expanded our system with 6 additional cameras and again, everything went smooth.
Planning ahead in 2019 for future expansion made this expansion a breeze as all they had to do was mount & wire cameras. From my experience, whatever you think you might need for infrastructure (such as NVR camera ports, power supplies, etc), double it! In 2022, we are planning another expansion of cameras and look forward to the same professional service & reliability we have had from PSSNC. I highly recommend this company.

After getting a quote from one of the national companies, we got a quote from Piedmont as well. Prices were a little lower and they threw in a few other things to make it even better. But the service and the friendliness of everyone there has been great. They have done everything professionally and always made good when there was a hiccup. Definitely a company that looks out for you, highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom (the owner) is a no nonsense-make the customer happy type of guy. Installed a new system at one of our locations. We were blow away at the quality of service and the integrity that their systems bring. With the great experience we had, we have now used them in 3 of our other locations. We received quotes from several firms and not only was Piedmont an incredibly competitive quote but they were by far the most hands-on company. They were patient and answered all of our questions, clearly laid out the costs and worked with us as we went over multiple security scenarios. The install team had a few roadblocks to clear during the install and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly hard workers. We are pleased with our security system and would highly recommend Piedmont Security.

We replaced our old alarm with a new cell based system, upgraded our security cameras and added door access control. Tom helped us to design our systems to meet our exact needs and gave us great suggestions to build in the features that would serve us today and in the future. The installation was prompt and professional and training our people to use the system was thorough.we were up and running in no time.

Piedmont Security was great to work with from sales to support. During the sales pitch, Tom was very honest and upfront. There were no hidden charges and recommended best value, not highest cost. The installers were quick, professional and followed through on everything. The cameras are easy to use and very high quality. Even the support after completion has been great. I'd highly recommend to anyone I know for professional security systems.
