Gene and his family were the victims of a home break-in. This happened when his wife and daughter were home. Luckily no one was hurt, but they felt very violated. Gene had 18 years in the telecommunication field and decided to protect his family by installing a home security system. Then installed systems for his friends, neighbors and on it went to create a family owned business first known as Hauk Security Systems.
