AVR Security Systems, a division of AVR Inc., handles the design, installation, testing and maintenance of commercial security and monitoring systems for office complexes, retail establishments, industrial facilities and the hospitality industry. At our company, the first step is a comprehensive site review. This complimentary evaluation allows our certified technicians to survey the scope of work, assess the client's needs and inspect any existing network structure or surveillance system in place. We take a 360-degree view of the entire site from the inside out to ensure all information is in hand as we design the optimal security system.

Using the details gathered during the site evaluation, our system design team goes to work and creates a proposed security plan. We take all the angles, cameras, networking functions, access points and staffing needs into account to develop the most cost effective system based upon the client's unique requirements. During this process, AVR's team takes a proactive view in planning for possible future needs.
Installation
Report
With project approval and the client's acceptance, installation starts on the agreed upon dates and clients are given a comprehensive time line. The fully customized security system is professionally installed by AVR employees. We do not use subcontractors so all work is guaranteed by AVR Inc. and includes warranties on all parts, labor and service.

Please stay away from this place! They are liars and have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Joe and Charlene are the worst ppl I have ever encountered in my life! Very nasty and unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down

BE VERY AWARE OF AVR repair! They did a horrible job repairing my sony bravia tv recommended from sony company yikes I took for a backlight repair and recieved it with a scratch on the screen and a dark shadow line on the corner of screen they insisted that the scratch was always there and that the line is something else nothing to do with the there repair so why not check it before returning. So basically I'm out $320.00 THANKS ALOT AVR REPAIR

Performed warranty work on my LG TV. Another company constantly cancelled and never showed up. AVR showed up exactly as scheduled for TV pick up and drop off and the TV works great now! Thanks!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: They took my TV to fix it, but returned it back after 1 month without fixing it. On top of that, they scratched the screen at 2 places. Would never refer anyone to this place.

They tested my tv in the home and then took the tv to the shop. I have received my unit back within 5 days and it is working completely the way it is suppose go. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a repair on a tv to call them. Honest and courteous. Thanks

I was referred to AVR from warranty company for my Samsung TV. A really nice guy came and picked it up and took it to their shop. There they "diagnosed" the issue. They called me, explained what the issue was with the TV, and that there was a part needed. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I had my TV returned in perfect condition with the week. What a positive experience!

I just can't even rate this company that Sony selected for their customers for repair. It is a shame that they are in the business. I wouldn't buy anymore Sony products and please stay away from them. Worst customers service ever!

Initially came out to my home on10/9 to repair my washer. I was told parts would be ordered and it would take up to 5 business days for the parts to come in. after 6 business days I called avr they said they would look into it and call me back but never did so I called the following day same thing on the third day I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given to Ruby (very nice woman) she at least did call me back to say they where waiting on warranty company approval for the $3 dollar part. but then the next day the story changed and I was told the tech that came out had quit and they had no info and would have to reschedule for another tech to come out.so once again I took off from work because my scheduled time was 1pm to 4pm 10/23 (a full 2 weeks since my last appointment) at 4:30 on the scheduled day I called AVR after being placed on hold I guy came on to tell me that the tech got held up and would not be out that they would need to reschedule for THE FOLLOWING WEEK not day but yet another week.

I said that it was unacceptable that I had been without a washer for almost a month and was told if I did not like it to call the warranty company and have them send someone else out. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he only comes in on Fridays.(wow must be nice) I really don't understand Business's today no respect for customers time no respect for customers in general. I would not recommend this company.now I am out 2 days pay.the cost and time it takes to go to laundromats and yea my washer is still broken and have to start all over again

These people are only apart of a bigger problem. I started with a Samsung Dryer from Home Depo and once it broke they sent G&A appliance to my home. That was December 2017, and since then they were there 4 times refuse to continue with me because they couldn't fix it. Well instead of Home Depo sending me a new dryer via buy out, they sent me an appointment with this company AVR Audio.

So now I am at the mercy of another company and after reading the reviews, I don't know what to expect. I will let this site know tomorrow. Also they are only coming out to diagnosis the problem. Soooooooo I'm praying that all goes well. So today I had to go back in and add to this review. The people at this company handle my situation in such a professional and caring way that I can't thank them enough.

My dryer was out of service from 12/27/17 until 3/2018. between that time Home Depot Protection Plan had sent another company then finally sent AVR who actually fix my dryer. The mess I went thru came from the Protection Plan we purchase from when we brought the dryer 3 years ago. It is a Samsung, and I really think the problem is with the protection plan and Samsung.

A dryer less than 5 years should not give you as much trouble that I had. I have another issue with them. But never the less AVR, damn near built me a complete Dryer and I am grateful for their skills, and professional attitude that handle this upset customer with ease

Like the other reviews below, this by far has to be the worst and most ignorant company and individuals I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a negative -100 stars I would. My husband and I are have issues with our TV and LG uses this company to service TVs in the area. When I tell you these are the most incompetent people ever.that is being nice.

First off.a technician came to our home to look at our TV and visual he could see that the TV was having issues.but since he did not have a large enough vechicle to transport our TV back to the shop, he told us there was no need to take the TV off the wall- and someone would come back to our home on Monday to pick it up- guess what no call/ no show and the TV was off the wall waiting. So, I called the company 2 days later to find out what was going on and when someone was coming back out to get my TV. Well.there was excuse after excuse, to why no one came back out, from.the TV was not off the wall (ok-true, the tech told us not to take it off, because he did not have a big enough vehicle to transport it), they were waiting to hear from LG to get paid again (no sure what they got paid for), and etc. Ok-cool! So, my husband calls back and this is where things went down hill.first off my husband was tripled team on the phone by the owner, I am guessing his wife and a younger gentleman screaming at him like they were a pack of ragging hyenas.

They said basically they could not do their job because of this and that.but was waiting for LG, to pay them again to come back to our home. The owner then proceeds yelling at my husband "NEVER CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN" and hangs up. What kind of customer service is this. I am going let LG know to take this company off their service list based on our experience as well as the reviews below. As others mention. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

DON'T GO HERE! Look at all the other reviews and steer clear of this horrible business. I called on a Thursday to get my television scheduled for repairs. Woman told me technician was not in till Tuesday. I called on Tuesday to schedule repairs and wanted to ask the technician if it was worth for me to take off my wall and bring in? It was displaying 4 flashing red lights. only to have the owner yelling at the girl and told her I was not allowed to speak to the technician.

I asked to speak to him and after several minutes when he got on the phone I said hello but he did not acknowledge me.(Just like another reviewer had said the owner had done to him). I said hello again and he said how can I help you. I told him that I patiently waited till Tuesday to have my TV brought in for service to his establishment and he rudely interrupted and said you can't speak to the technician!.

I said that I have never experienced such horrible customer service and then he hung up on me. I then proceeded to read the reviews and considered myself lucky for not doing business with this place! STEER CLEAR!

The worst customer service! After three weeks with no communication, I decided to call to check on the status of my tv. The lady said they were waiting on a piece and would call me back to let me know if it came in. Three days passed by and still no call back, so I decided to call again. The "piece" that needed to be ordered was never ordered. I asked when was someone going to call me and let me know.

She said the technician was on vacation for a few days. When i said can i come in to pick up the tv, she stated a matter of factly that's fine. Unbelievable! Three weeks and nobody called me to let me know. How many weeks would have gone by if I didn't call?! Don't waste your time or money on this place.

To give this place stars for.anything would be an improvement, remember the guy.answering the phone is a liar and the owner.shabby dealings here for sure never again shame on Samsung for sending you here for anything.stay.away.red.flag!

This place is a complete JOKE RIPOFF! Took my tv in because it was under warranty. Samsung denied my claim because of cracked screen inside. I got a call from these people saying Samsung denied the claim to fix it because the inside screen was cracked. I then asked them how much would it cost to fix it, they told me its $70 for the diagnosis+ the cost to fix it. WWWHAT?!

You just told me what it was! We released that info to Samsung but you would have to pay the fee. It's a 32 inch Samsung tv, like I'm gonna pay $70 for Them to tell me what it was already plus the charge to fix it! What kind of SCAM is this place running here, *PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON*

I wish I had seen the reviews before I left them take my TV, but they were recommended by Samsung corporate. They insisted I pay for a 2 man service call because of the size of the TV. The 2nd man never left the van. I expected the TV to be fixed on site, no way. The problem was getting on my wireless network. They found, made up, other problems for a $520 repair.

On delivery, again only one man came in they demanded payment in cash. After hooking up the TV the delivery person, clearly not a technician, couldn't get it to work right. They made him leave, too many deliveries to make and told me they would call me back with a fix. More than 26 hrs later, I've still not heard from them. Don't use these guys. They are unprofessional and I have grave doubts regarding their honesty.

So This company otherwise known as AVR was terrible. I informed the tech that came to my house that he could not take my tv to fix it and asked if he could order the part for it instead then bring it and fix it at the job site he said yes. He gave me the information of the part and told me he would bring it to the office to order. I called 2 days later to check the status and the guy that answered was completely unprofessional.

He said that I refused service because I didn't let them take my tv then called me a liar and an asshole. This company from top to bottom isn't one I would prefer to anyone and I wouldn't ever allow them to step foot into my house ever again. The techs that came out just argued the whole time and had no idea what customer service is all about.

And the guy that answered the phone when I called hung up on me disrespectfully. If I can give them a 0 for review I would because that's what the employees customer service is.

Otherwise known as AVR. THey also are heavy into alarm systems. They moved from Columbus over to the Tacony arsenal area. Ok.these guys CAN fix your stuff, but they will charge as much as they possibly can. My old tape recorder needed a new belt. It was a 12 dollar item. It cost 400 dollars in labor. Here is how it works: You bring in the item. THey check it out after you leave and try to guess how much ur willing to spend.

Then they call you and hit you with a price saying that it will need 'all kinds of work' and that "IT COULD" be as much as XXX dollars.but that they 'DONT KNOW" if it will actually be that much. So are you willing to spend that much 'in case' it needs all that work? IF you say ok.then THATS HOW MUCH YOU ARE GOING TO PAY. I agreed because i needed this machine back and not many around here can fix these.but once they knew i was willing to pay, then that was the price.even though it only needed a 12 dollar part. The rest was labor cause 'they had to take it all apart'.blah blah. That was my experience with AVR. Hope u do better.

Never go here. Go read the reviews on Google for this place -- I wish I had. They all tell a similar story that I am here, or far worse. I took my headphones in, wonderful expensive ones I had gotten hand-me-down. I paid the $20 deposit to get the left earphone fixed. Weeks later, I get a call saying that he'll need a new cord from the company and it'll cost $60, on top of the deposit. MONTHS later, he calls me to pick it up and he's now charging $90.

I noticed after I paid that the new wires read "Radioshack." I also Googled how to fix the headphones and found out that the specific problem is a 15-minute fix for anyone who knows how to sauter. And a little while later, I got a rattling noise with any bass in the 'phones -- I think this problem is unrelated, but it just smarts to know how dumb I was.
